We had three nights at the Bamboo Cottage and it was perfect. Although we didn't have the best weather, Charles (the manager) and his staff made our stay relaxing and with all the hospitality and good food you could hope for! Thanks for everything!!!

We have stayed at bamboo cottages for 3 nights in May. We left with mixed feelings, this is why: The airport pickup was well organised and the welkom was warm and inviting. The staf was very friendly and we got a good explanation of the place. The seafront cottage was spacious and looked nice but could have been cleaner. It... More

My wife and I visited in April 2014 and we had arrived at the perfect time: sundown over the ocean, the seafood buffet grill was just heating up and we had escaped the noise of Vietnam. The beach is delightful. Soft golden white sand that drops away evenly and didn't have stones or anything on the bottom. We swam after... More

My husband and I spent 7 nights in this wonderful, secluded and peaceful place which lived up to and exceeded all our expectations. It is not the place to go if you want a wild night life, lots of noise, lots of people, bars and partying until the early hours. However it is most definitely the place to go if... More

Nice and remote resort with a very friendly and caring staff. Bungalows are spacious and comfortable. Beach is nice. They care about the environment and make you feel free... Just around the corner is another lovely beach.

Me and my wife spent 4 nights in March there. Yes, it is a Lonely Place! Deserted beach and all that. Just remember that a few days without a scooter might get a little boring there. Unless you have an interesting book, you want to have a peaceful rest and you don't mind paying a lot (by local standards) for... More

I'm a little torn writing this review. The staff at Bamboo are very warm and genuinely care - which I think is the reason for so many positive reviews. Once a rapport is created it becomes very difficult to criticise, so my first comment would be to understand this context before taking the high ranking reviews as gospel. The positive:... More

After dealing with the craziness of Saigon, it was a nice escape to peace, tranquility, and the beach. The owner was very attentive with every thing that happened and was easy (and accessible) to talk to. Van (the awesome young lady at the front desk) was simply amazing. She was my go-to girl. I had a slight problem with my... More

I am so glad we stayed here. The beach is very isolated and perfect for all-day lazing. Try to stay at the woodhouse, which was incredibly charming. The restaurant served some of the best food we had on our trip. And the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I highly recommend renting the kayak and making a trip to the tiny... More
