Rooms quite large, very clean, comfortable beds and aircon just about adequate. Shower was one of the best I've had in thailand with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff better than I've come to expect in the new unsmiling thailand. Didn't eat at this hotel as breakfast not included in my package but restaurant looks better than... More

This hotel is nice. The best in Nakhon. It is clean, but a little run down. The people are friendly and helpful. Head to Tesco to get cheap things across the street. Take a song tau to the town Center for 10 baht. We love Nakhon and the people make the place, get to know the friendly locals and visit... More

This place is a little bit dated for sure but there is a quaint charm in this oldish provincial Thai hotel. We were there with the family for a weekend and it was comfortable, the food was ok although is better to eat on the street. There is a pool, and the area is easy to access if you have... More

Most of the employees in the hotel are friendly like all Thais but it is difficult to find someone who understands english, you may need an interpreter or gesticulate a lot to be able to communicate with the employees. Rooms on the North side of the hotel are quieter than the South where I stayed, the noise from the music... More

We stayed here to attend a wedding in the surrounding area. Although not the best hotel I have stayed in, I will have no hesitation in staying there again if we are in the area. The lobby and staff are wonderful, probably their best asset. Breakfast in the morning is great with a huge variety of offerings. The hotel rooms... More

With a grand lobby but tired rooms, this monstrous business hotel has past its prime. Expensive for what it is, there's really nothing special apart from the fantastic Twin Lotus (ดอกบัวคู่) herbal toothpaste provided (don't judge it by its colour) and the huge breakfast spread with Nakhon's signature dish of khanom jeen (ขนมจีน) included. The hotel's location south of the... More

The Twin-Lotus-Hotel is a good choise in Nakhon Si Thammarat because there are not so much Hotels. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is typical asian style. Everything looks a bit old and not well maintained. For a short stay it's still okay.

After checking out the rooms at several other hotels in town, we settled on Twin Lotus. The rooms are more spacious (upper categories). The hotel is older and hallways and some rooms are showing wear and tear. The staff is helpful but only when asked. Not many speak English. We had some special requests regarding our group billing and it... More
