Was at this Hotel on an official visit. The Airport pick up was poorly coordinated. The guy standing at arrivals with board gestured me to go out side and wait. After 30 mins and repeated follow up a bus appeared and finally dropped us to the hotel. This seems to be a old property with not much attention given to... More

Driving on a visa run from Penang inMalaysia and we knew in advance we wouldn't make the last ferry. This hotel was 1hr from Don Sak, so suited us perfectly. Its a large building so easy to find and only 15 mins drive of the main North/South trunk road. On entering the building you are faced with a huge reception... More

This is a huge hotel with international standards. The rooms are really big and comfortable with an outstanding view on the surroundings on the upper floors. There are many shops and cafés outside but they all closed very early. The hotel is just across from Tesco-Lotus shopping-mall. A little bit outside the downtown area. So you must have a vehicle... This was once a beautiful hotel but is getting old and tired.. After travelling by ferry and car from Koh Samui we looked forward to relaxing with a`nice shower and a room-service dinner.. The shower: to call it a dribble would be optimistic. What water that did eventuate gathered in the bath beneath (I hate showers over baths - dangerous)... More

We stayed in the Executive Suite and it was worth every bath. Would recommend people to book trough agoda, because that was under half price from what you get on their own webpage. Many different dining options, good entertainment and excellent staff!

It's off the beaten track and it's got lovely grounds, but it doesn't quite live up to its portrayal of itself as an upper end hotel. The food is abysmal, the service (although always friendly) is hugely lacking, and amenities are phenomenally expensive. Unless you get a good deal on it, give it a miss.

Although it is an old business hotel, but it still has some shining point. I traveled on 3rd of Nov with my girl friend. It was her birthday. I like the staff there, front office, f&b. We have dinner there, and a serive help prepare a surprise for my fg. Really thanks him. Every price there is reaseonalable. Big and... More

Breakfast here is hardly something to look forward to. The beans are best left alone. The ham is completely tasteless. The DON'T have bacon. They have a nice selection of pastries though and the orange juice is quit good.
