I've stayed in Korat a half dozen times, despite not yet finding the “perfect” hotel. To me, the perfect hotel offers excellent value, a reasonable room and breakfast option (paid or included) for the price, location in a pleasant area with nearby amenities (eateries, a park, convenient and well-priced transport access, a market-supermarket-convenience store, etc.). In Korat, probably for me,... More

I stayed a total of 6 nights. Did change room once because of roaches. Having said that I think they were coming up the drain and once the shower was used a lot did not see them again. The rooms are large but could use a desk to work on. The air con filters need a good clean. I first... More

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The hotel is position conveniently Just outside the old city, close to several good restaurants, but not too close to the madding crowd. The rooms are spacious, the beds not too hard. The bathroom is dated but clean. Breakfast ok but a little spartan for Europeans. The staff are friendly and speak... More

We stayed two nights here passing through Korat. We got a deal online so paid just 750 baht per night. The rooms are big and clean. The staff speak good English and are very friendly. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and included in the room price is excellent value. It's a 5 minute walk from the centre... More

We wanted to spend the night in Korat on our way home and after being very disappointed with the Chomsurang, we decided to spring with the 1100 baht for the Punjadara. Friendly English speaking staff was very helpful. Room was large and clean. Bed was hard. Other than the price we were quite happy.

This hotel has a really excellent value for money. Rooms and bathrooms are very big and very clean although a bit old, staff is very helpfull and very polite. Buffet breakfast is satisfactory for quality and variety. In the lobby there are 2 computers with 24 hrs. free internet for guests. Location is close to the city centre, at about... More

There are cheaper hotels to be had in Nakhon Ratchasima but the Punjadarra is very nice, has a great position and very big rooms. I paid 1,020 baht a night which is highish but it also includes a reasonable buffet breakfast. The hotel is very Thai in as much as it caters to Thais more so than westerners as there... More

We spent two nights here. It's quite a large, slightly odd hotel with a Hollywood theme, and two stone elephants flanking its main entrance, in an out-of-the-way part of Khorat.  Our room was OK, if a bit shabby. Bathroom likewise, with a tendency for mould growth. Breakfast was on the poor side for a non- Thai guest, and the coffee... More
