As others have said, its a great place to stay, hassle-free reception and very friendly staff. The managers roam around through the day and are easy to talk to and full of useful info. The restaurant is very good with lots of choice. The bars are friendly and the drink well priced. I will certainly go back here in the... More

From reservation, transport (pick up and drop off), reception, dining service, attractions, and the 2 Bars all was excellent. Friendly staff always willing to assist in ensuring the total hotel experience was excellent. Whether relaxing by the pool, drinking at the unique floating bar or partying in Barreta - all was made so much easier by the managers (Gavin and... More

This hotel is a good choice not far from the Barreo Barretto night life.Staff is very courteous and when you check in the front desk advises you to call the front desk if you have any issues with the room. I stayed in the standard room which is small but clean. The aircon in the room doesn't put out much... More

Hotel is good with small pool, restaurant and sports bar. The best about Arizona is the dive team. Most knowlegable for scuba diving in Subic bay. If you want to take U/W photos go with Arizona dive shop.

I stayed at the Arizona in late 2013. I was my first trip to the Philippines. I am allergic to Gluten and the staff were very careful with what they served me. I can recommend this hotel to any person allergic to gluten. They will take good care of you. It was also the only hoteI have stayed at that... More

i really liked the food at Arizona. Excellent quality at good prices. Service was far better than any other restaurant in the area too. My favorite was was the grilled bbq chicken and fresh fish. I have food allergies and they were very accommodating. Very well managed as Gavin was always there.

This was my 2nd vista to this fantastic Resort. Stayed for 5 nights this time which allowed me to have a decent look around Olongapo and Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Without doubt the Arizona has the friendliest, courteous and professional staff in the area. They are always willing to greet you with a smile and help you whenever you need... More

Thanks for the comment and positive feedback. It was a pleasure having you and your wife here for a few days. Your experience in the food industry was plus for us. I remember sitting at the bar and discussing our Christmas lunch with the head chef. You provided some input, which helped put the finishing touches on the meal plan.... More

This was my 3rd stay at the wonderful Arizona International Resort. When I returned this time (4 November), I was once again greated wonderfully as a returning guest. Gercheann remembered me from my previous trips, and Gavin also remembered me. Check-in was again super smooth, and after paying for my two night stay (with discount for paying cash), went to... More
