Stayed at the Arizona Resort first two weeks of May. Everything asked was delivered quickly, easily, without any problems at all. The management and staff are total professionals. Small plumbing problem,bang..instant fix. After what I would call a cyclonic rain storm there was some slight flooding but again the manager had all hands on deck working to make everything right... This is an Aussie Resort and a bit different than American resorts I've stayed in. DO NOT SWIM IN THE WATERS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE RESORT. The bacteria count is near toxic. I would recommend a regular room, not a deluxe, quite frankly, they are not worth the difference. The food was above average and the entire staff from... More

I have stayed here many times and can't figure out how they can have such GREAT food for a small operation. The reason that I first stayed there was because I LOVE the Coffee Shop across the street because the food is good and cheap (local place). The Arizona food was so good that I didn't go to the Coffee... More

This was my second stay at Arizona. The only room available for me was the basement room, more exspensive then a standard room, but was large with couch.problem was no windows,so the room had little air circulation and was musty odour and close to some staff area,as I could here lots of noise. After 2 nights I extended for a night and got a... We found the Arizona had been altered to some degree. We like the place but, it's not for all, the rooms are adequate for a stay (as you don't live in them all the time) food was good and the bar was great now Gavin has re modelled it. People looking for 5 star accommodation need to look else where,... More

Rooms are good value and the food is great. Good hearty food icey cold beer fine company! There is no real need to leave the resort you've got a bar at the front restaurant in the middle with a pool and a floating bar on the water. The staff are first rate and you will get any help you need... More

I am always hesitant to post a very positive review for one simple reason: It makes it more difficult for me to get reservations!! By saying that the hotel is awesome, I fear that all the readers will want to stay there and it will be difficult for ME to get MY reservations. However, this is an awesome place and... More

Thanks for the feedback. The Jet skis are operated by a 3rd party, but the rates when compared to other local businesses are competitive. Your comments about the televisions have been addressed. On May 1 we made a bulk purchase of 32" LCD and LED televisions. All the rooms except the Economy rooms now have flat screen televisions!! More

The people who work here as just amazing. They will give you information even if it is sending you to their competitors. I asked at the front desk where I could exchane money, even though they have money exchange services, the front desk sent me accross the street where the rates were more favorable. Service is amazing, Gercheann at the... More

Very pleasant restaurant with nice views of the bay and with a barrier to keep out the interminable sellers of fake watches and coral. Food is in good portions, nicely presented and reasonably priced. There is a sports bar inside but I didn't spend much time there. A good place to hang out. I stayed in the rooms a couple... More

Please, avoid the Arizona Resort in Subic. The beach is completely dirty and polluted. There is no cleaning, no maintenance and even no trash bins at the beach. After swimming once in the sea I got a bad allergy. A resort with a beach like this has no value.

Thanks for the review, even though it only focuses on the beach being bad not the rest of the resort. As your review suggests, you stayed with us in April. The weather is not so great, and southerly winds and the ocean swells are stronger and the weather transitions into the wet season. A lot of debris is washed up... More
