Run down hotel with bad maintenance. We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Fifth person charged extra for a single cushion set on the floor like my puppy bed. Carpets in room filthy. musty smell, no flat sheets on beds, no hot shower water, and tubs were clogged, bed too hard due to box spring ! Price not worth... More

I was here between the 26th dec and 2nd Jan and it was the worst experience ever. The whole hotel look grand from the outside but filthy dirty on the inside. Make sure you have all your inoculations up to date. When we arrived we were greeted by unhelpful unfriendly staff which is unusual in the philippines. Our room wasnt... More

Rooms are inexpensive compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. Even so, this hotel is extremely dissapointing. It is not maintained properly and it is spooky. Careful not to touch walls as you walk along the corridors to your rooms as there are some nails portruding and you might injure yourself.

We booked here in time for the 17th Hotair Balloon Fiesta. Positives: vast parking, nice pool, fast elevators, big rooms, spacious restroom, budget friendly room rates Negatives: buffet breakfast was not enough for the patrons-we had to eat at Jollibee instead, front desk phone just rings they do not answer, requests takes ages, ref does not work, cable signal is... We went to Clark to watch the Jot Air Balloon Festival. A good friend booked us here last minute and with a shoestring budget to consider. The hotel is easy to find, but there's a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness (the floor carpet was dirty- my child ran around the room barefoot and we saw her feet... More

This is the "WORST" hotel I have ever stayed in... the pillows and sheets had stains (like they hadn't been washed for a year), the bathroom & tub floors were stained, & a lizard jumped on me when i opened the safe. I was afraid to use the bath towels too. Didn't sleep well at all.

from unpleasant front desk clerk, poor room service and housekeeping! I have pictures to prove this.. i will cite one incident wherein we requested for an additional pillows for our use..maybe we were not there when they , so what they did..they just put it on the floor together with the bathroom mat we also requested!! I called the front... More

We were there because of My mom's company outing, they should have been expecting us because we were sooooo many. Our room was fine, it was spacious. However, the one incident that I'll never forget is that after waiting sooo long to be able to check-in the rooms, as I went to my parents room, and by the window I... More

Parking shoudn't be a problem at this hotel with lots of space. We stayed overnight and our stay coincided with a large civic activity at the hotel, thus the hotel staff were a little swamped. Hotel lobby is a little bare. We also left early and didn't tried their restaurant.
