I love staying in this hotel, The hotel is modest, quiet, nice view, & affordable in price. the facilities also very great & complete. And the meals are really really nice & delicious. The hotel's staf are also friendly & funny. if you visit berastagi, you have to stay here.

The hotel is tired-looking which is reflected in the reception area and the room. We booked a package from a tour company and it was obvious, our room must have been the cheapest available! The sound proofing was non-existent. Luckily folks around us went to bed early. The room didn't smell it's freshest but no sign of cockcroaches as mentioned... More

This is a place for large groups only, and difficult for western visitors. It has major room problems and the breakfast is terrible and the staff largely incapable of understanding English. All are gracious and try to help (the staff prepared a special vegetarian dinner for us), but the language barrier often makes things difficult. They are also unfamiliar with... More

Thank god I got a 50% off or else this hotel would be so overpriced but low in quality/facility. Don't get me wrong, I recommend you to stay at this hotel for the view it offers, great location, the hospitality of the staffs, and the great caramel sauce they serve at breakfast but this is an old hotel with quite... Located in slightly higher ground, the hotel doesn’t bother to install air conditioning. Fortunately for us, we were there in the cooler and rainy season so the weather was cooler and the room was not warm. However we still asked for a standing fan because the air was really still in the room with all the windows closed. We didn’t... More

This hotel is completely worn out and a big disappointment. The pictures of the swimming pool is completely misleading. Many things in the hotel are old, worn out and of poor quality. The room was worn out and the bathroom was really worn out and with mould. The bathtub was rusty and multiple times repaired inside. It looked so dirty... More

I had great hopes for this place but it didn't deliver. It feels like it has definitely seen better days. The room seemed dirty and not well cleaned although it was neat. The bathroom looked like it had mould everywhere. It's a shame for shuck a large hotel to be like this. The staff were all nice and helpful so... More

I stayed here for an unplanned trip on 29th March 2014. it was a busy long weekend so i didnt expect too much as long as me, hubby, a toddler and a baby had a quite comfortable place to stay. surprisingly the hotel was good. we stayed at a one room cottage. it was quite old but very clean and... I stayed here for about 10 days. This hotel was homy for me and I would like to go back to this hotel when I were there again in Berastagi. 1. Staffs were friendly. As I arrived in this hotel at 2 am in the morning, the check in process was quick 2. Large swimming pool, there was also tennis... More

Dear Dian Aldebaran : Thank you very much for your recent stay and candid review of our resort. Rest assured we will do our utmost to improve ourselves for your next visit. After our One(1) night in Parapat we stayed ONE(1) night here in Berastagi on our way to Medan. This hotel was looking good ever since the bus drove into the premises..
