Let me preface this review by saying that the 3 rating is only for staying in a super deluxe room. We initially booked a deluxe room, which was anything but deluxe. When we first entered it, we were taken aback by how cold and noisy it was, the amount of bugs flying around, the smell of birds and the very... More

On the way back from visiting lake toba, we put up a night in this hotel. They have complete facilities which you can get without going out. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Environment is very cold at night. Make sure you bring extra clothings.

We stayed at this hotel on the way back to Medan from Samosir Island. The Hotel has a nice bog garden, well maintained lawn. But inside the Hotel I think it needs a make over, the carpet already almost torn, so not even anymore. The Room also needs a facelift, but the Room size are generous compared to the new... More

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children (ages 8, 6, and 3) checked-in just to pass the night. The room was huge with 2 queen-sized bed. We booked 2 rooms but we could have made do with 1 room with an additional mattress brought in. House-keeping was prompt when we requested for a hair-dryer and power adapters. The bathroom... More

My family and I just stayed here for a night. Rooms were very spacious, clean and staffs were friendly. Kids enjoyed the garden and swimming pool very much. Not very near to shoplot or town. The nearest market is about 1km from the hotel.

Hotel lawns & gardens are superb ,one night stay was too short to enjoy the nature just near Mount Sinabung volcano !smoke from eruption could be seen. Very friendly staff ,we were served a dinner at request !the breakfast was superb. Rooms needs a facelift but with no resources coming thru this looks an almost impossibility ! rooms very spacious... No Aircond and no fan provided in the room , Its quite hot in noon and evening , but its cooler on the nightime ! Old hotel with not really clean room. Dirty bath tub and not well furnished with wallpaper. Quite noisy at night with vehicles passed by because the rooms are facing to the main road. Their Garden... More

This hotel is a very old hotel with no air condition and no fan in room . It might be the best hotel in that area . Room is lousy with dirty and torn wallpaper . Dirty bathtub , i dont ever dare to step inside . Room facing main road which is very noisy whole night with those speeding... More

The hotel has to be the best in town, however the whole is very dated. The restaurant is more a ballroom and has no atmosphere. The pool was green such was it neglected. The pool lights were swimming around in that green water. The housekeeping trows their dirty water over the balcony into the garden.

Stayed there for one night, the food was so-so, the toilet is poorly maintained (bath tub has stain marks). The view and the bed is what i enjoyed most. However, i went to the reception to request for a masseuse at 9pm. Not only was she more than half an hour late, used only baby oil (not aromatherapy oil), after... More
