The hotel is about 5 mins (by car) away from the central market and town. The room service n restaurant menu selection is somewhat limited, but the food that we ordered tasted great....The staff are very friendly and courteous. Be warned that there are NO lifts in the hotel....and if you're there on a weekday, you have the place virtually... More

We booked this hotel after reading reviews online and were expecting a good hotel based on the reviews, the website, the price (IDR900,000) and the fact that the hotel called itself 5*. We arrived and the hotel looked ok from the outside but once we got into the lobby we were greeted with incredibly loud music (out of tune) by... More

Party of seven. Stayed two alternate nights. Three rooms each stay. Strength: - Friendly hotel staff at front desk and housekeeping. Prompt service. - Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. - Beds are comfortable. Slept soundly. - Food served at dinner and breakfast are reasonably good. At breakfast, the Kaya and pineapple jam are excellent. - Picturesque view of Mt... More

The staffs were helpful, friendly and good-natured. The climate is cool with the background view of Gunung Sibayak, an active volcano. The hotel is full with colourful flowers that suitable in high altitude climate. In spite of that the place is only good for relaxing without much activity to do beside visit to berastagi hill park.

I stay here for four days and it was my second night to stay in this beautiful Indonesia. We actually stayed in a great deluxe room and it's great. The room keeping service is great. We do not bring international adapters and we asked through them, they make fast act. I don't like the floor of the toilet because it... More

Generally a pleasant hotel to house your family... Room is very spacious and clean. Ask for Left wing facing the pool high floor for Volcano view. A big nice open space for kid to roam about... A pleasant and quiet environment Something to note though... No fan and No Air conditioning Opening of window is not advisable due to insects.... More

if you plan to go to berastagi, you can consider grand mutiara hotel. It has good view, mountain Sibayak, and a big garden, included its swimming pool. Their room is very large, you can even play football inside :) Actually nothing special in this hotel and no wifi in the room :(

Requested for nice volcano view from our room. We were given the ones on the right wing (if u face the pool) which were in better condition with carpeted floor (but not facing the volcano). Staff allowed us to change to the rooms on the left wing. Managed to get our volcano "view", if u dun mind the tree planted... More

Very large hotel in just outside the city centre. They have a pool, but we didn't use it. It looked pretty nasty. Wifi service is only in the lobby and it sucked big time. The rooms are nice, we had 2 kingsize beds and the bathroom was really big. Excellent shower and if you wish you can take a bath.... More
