First time we visited Bali and luckily we found this gem tucked away from the busy streets. Only few minutes walk to the looong beach with plenty of restaurants, and very short walk to the road with all the shops and more restaurants. Ok, breakfast could have more variety. Sometimes nice evening entertainment with Bali dancers, etc. garden & pool... More

We stayed at Bali Agung for 3 nights a fortnight ago. After arriving late from 5 star accommodation on Lombok we were a little apprehensive as this hotel is I guess 2-3 star. However once we settled in we really enjoyed the wonderful laid back ambience of the grounds/lounge/reception/restaurant. It is 20yr old or so but just lovely and cheap!!!!... More

It's my first time in Bali and our friend booked this hotel and then booked herself into a hotel down the road that was twice as much. I'm so glad we stayed here because it was absolutely beautiful and amazing, much better than the twice expensive hotel my friend stayed at. It was so peaceful and relaxing and aesthetically pleasing.... More

We have been many times in Bali and this is our prefered hotel. We like it because is typical balinese. The Villas and the Garden are nice and constructet in the balinese way to think and to live. The modern hotels... you can find the same in all the world and I do not find it interesting. This small hotel... More

I stayed at Agung village with my boyfriend, our village was very nice, we stayed at other hotels in balli, and a lot more luxurious but this one made us feel at home. We both loved it, but it was always booked out any time we went back to balli. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And the breakfast is... More

I've been to Bali many times and stayed all over the country, from flashpacker hotels, homestays, to nice boutique hotels. Bali Agung Village was by far the WORST place I've stayed! Booked because of Lonely Planet recommendation and good reviews on Trip Advisors. Wasn't expecting too much, just a nice clean and comfortable place to stay in a good location... More

Bali Agung Village is a quiet yet classy form of accommodation, ideally set in it's own tropical oasis, right in the middle of Semiyak. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the north you will find Seminyak beach and a short walk to the south will find you surrounded by the multitude of bars, warungs (restaurants) and shops,... Went for the cheaper rooms, but not disappointed. Everything worked well and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Some elements of the room a little tired, but absolutely nothing to worry about (at the 3 star level). Exceptionally clean. Reasonable breakfast and all we needed- might be better to breakfast elsewhere, but ours was in the price and too mean to... More

We stayed there for a large group of family members and everything was good. The location is great as it is only about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms were OK. They are on the small side but that was fine for us as we just went there to sleep while spending our days visiting Bali. The ACs... More

I'm not a fan of Seminyak, but this was my first taste of Bali so I didn't know what was in store for me when we went north, where its a fare better experience. If you go to Bali and want to get your drink on and get picked up by Australian surfers at the little outdoor bars along the... More
