Everything was great with the room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a pity the pool wasn't clean, and was then closed on the 3rd day of my stay. I've stayed here before and didn't have the problem with the pool the last time.

Loved the birthday cake for Daniel's birthday. as soon as we arrived Suci found out it was my birthday and organized a cake for that evening. The animals made by Purwana were fantastic too. Service in general was excellent. Breakfast could have more variety but not bad... We'll be back for sure!!! :)
