We were 4 friends travelling for the first time together. We didn't really know what everyone preferred. We researched accommodation options about a month in advance and found that this place had nice reviews. We booked it and it didn't disappoint! It's off the busy main street that leads to the beach in Seminyak. The beach is a 3 minute... More

I'm staying at Casa Artista already for the second time which says a lot. It's pretty great value for money, hence good for longer stays in the very cute colonial style house. Rooms are simple (apart from the art), modern and very clean. The staff are great, all very friendly. The place runs like a small hotel with all hotel... More

We were looking for a cheap hotel to end our trip near the airport, and we found the description of casa Artista on internet. It wasnt as cheap as we wanted, but we felt seduced by descriptions and pictures. We never regrette that extra money. It´s the simply the best hotel we've ever had. At your first step in the... More

I booked just one night through Agoda as I was coming to Bali to attend a New Years party. The price was very reasonable for location and timing. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find a quirky colonial style hotel. The got me checked in quickly and I had an upstairs room with private terrace. The room was... More

We stayed for three nights and loved the big room and private balcony in the end room. The breakfast was very good. The pool was good. Unfortunately no tango available while we were there. Staff very helpful and friendly. Kooky decor - somewhat like a stage set - but a really good change from bland modernism! It is located down... More

We stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel in a quiet back street in Seminyak. It is like arriving at a colonial mansion decorated with enough glitz and glamour to satisfy any aspiring ballroom dancer. The entrance hall, which double as a dance floor for the hotels weekly Tango nights, is replete with shining black and white floor and a huge... More

we checked in and got invited to a tango session straight away...the place is adorned by everything tango, by the passionate owner. However, we were not much into the art, yet it felt good to be in such a place. Rooms were clean, spacious. We stayed in one of the passion rooms, which are close to the pool. View of... More

Although I stayed here in February I can't imagine it has changed too much. This is a real gem and worth going to Seminyak just to stay one night here! Our room was gorgeous with a lovely comfy double bed and art-deco furniture. We were given a gorgeous fruit juice upon arrival. The bathroom was huge with a lovely shower... More
