We felt pampered in every way. Even though we had a Daddy's Deal voucher we were treated like full paying guests. Thank you to Ronaldo and every one else for the wonderful service, from water next to the bed when we got back from dinner to a clean car!! Rubin's for dinner was outstanding and breakfast fantastic

Having driven 5 hours and detoured to stay here we were disgusted with our reception. We had arranged an upgrade but were taken to a room they call Manor House de lux. This is a small room which opens RIGHT OFF the bar, has no private out door area and has one window overlooking public areas and by which the... More

We have stayed here a few times. The staff are all just amazing and always remembers us from previous stays. With the hotel being so small everyone always makes you feel special and there is a lot of personal attention. Room 10 is great for privacy at the pool in summer and is at the furthest end. Windows in the... More

We stayed here for just one night, celebrating a birthday. What a treat it was! The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed, with all kinds of special touches that show real consideration for guests. The service was friendly yet discreet and no request was too much trouble. Our dinner at Rueben's restaurant was great. In all, a memorable experience... More

If you wish to meet lovely people who care about you, be pampered, spoilt and have tremendous cuisine, the Robertson Small Hotel is the place to go. We loved our time there. Two nights was too short! We felt we had made some lovely friends by the time we left. We WILL be back.

This is a stunning hotel with a modern relaxed feel. The certificates on the wall say it all!! Our room was connected to the swimming pool and although not the time of year for a swim, it was still nice to look out on. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom. We ate twice at Ruebens restaurant... More

My husband was ill with a bad cold the time we were there and the did all they could to make him more comfortable, making specials teas etc. Just about this place alone would have... More

This hotel is in another class! The rooms are exquisite. The food are good and the service outstanding. We have stayed here before on a business trip and totally fell in live with the old world charm of the Small Hotel! We came back a second and a third time!
