Le Petitie Ferme is a beautiful mid-size hotel about a mile from downtown Franschhoek. The rooms are excellently appointed, spacious, and clean. We stayed in a group of 3 rooms that shared a pool. Our room had a huge covered patio with a fireplace. Had a delicious lunch here also. The hotel is a bout a mile from downtown Franschhoek,... More

The rooms are lovely and spacious with own private pool, and sun beds. Nice quality Linen and pillows. if you the type of traveller that enjoys a good shower, then don't choose Unit 4. Terrible water pressure. Although a beautiful room, with breathtaking views, the only other disappointment was the small size of the TV, and the lack of Cable... More

We stayed in Vineyard Suites which were luxurious, clean and spacious. The views over the valley were spectacular and we had our own little pools. As we wanted to relax and sought some peace and quiet as a break from our busy city life, we didn't leave the hotel foe our entire 3-day stay. We simply ordered delivery from the... More

We had the library suite. It overlooks the valley of Franschhoek. We enjoyed a superb lunch on arrival. It was possibly the best fillet steak I have ever had. The only slight criticism would be that the mash that came with it was lukewarm.Possibly the best creme brûlée too. So not bad eh ? The room came with its own... More

We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views, quiet location and easy access into the main road. The Lunch is a must with efficient service, great food and estate wine. The wine tour is also interesting and a great opportunity to sample some other wines. Clean room with private plunge pool and helpful reception staff.

A small, boutique winery, restaurant, and B&B nestled in the Franschhoek valley. Dinner is not offered, and the menu is limited, but every item on it is an absolute masterpiece. that includes the La Petite Ferme wines. Do make an effort to phone ahead and book the 11:00 Cellar Tour, it's worth the hour, plus a quick wine tasting at... More

We spent a weekend at Maison cottage - billed as a rustic accommodation option but it really isn't! The linen was quality and the cottage was immaculate (a HUGE plus for me - I am always dubious of self catering accommodation because of cleanliness) It was peaceful and comfortable and I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.... La Petite Ferme lived up to all of our expectations. We stayed in the Bridal Room which is huge, actually more like a cottage, with a spacious walk in dressing room and a bathroom bigger than some hotel rooms we have stayed in, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was great and we started the morning with warm... More

Best bit about this hotel - views are incredible and rooms huge (we had library room 7). Huge comfy bed and room was more like a little cottage with a separate lounge and private pool. Breakfast was nothing special though and service was less personal than some other places we visited. Nice touch with bottle of fizz upon arrival. Don't... More

Thank you for your valuable review, we appreciate the feedback we get and try as best we can to respond. Our breakfasts are generally very well received and we feel being the most important time of the day, special attention needs to be given to them. Yes the views are great however we insist that we don't take this for... More
