Dear Angala Team, we arrived in the middle of the night, and even in the dark, were taken away by such a beautiful place to spend the next 5 days. Wonderful accomodation, delicious food, charming and lovely service throughout our stay, no wish or request was too much, even having set a table right in front of the fireplace outside... More

We had a truly wonderful experience at Angala Boutique Hotel and it is definitely our first choice whenever we visit this area again. Our rooms were superb, the food was excellent and the team and staff fantastic. Thank you very much, we will be back.

We stayed at Angala for 3 of our 5 nights in the wine region - we wished we had stayed for all 5! What a beautiful boutique hotel, the room, fixtures, fittings, location, service, food all superb! Cant fault it in any way. The owner and all staff were really helpful and relaxed. Its small, fairly quiet and off the... More

Lovely location, peaceful, quiet with stunning views from the spacious terrace. The natural pool is a refreshing change, though beware the slippery steps! Our welcome was friendly, and our cottage had everything one could ask for, including a large, private outdoor showering area. We are in the restaurant for our first evening and were not disappointed. The food was quite... More

We stayed at tha Angala in January 2015. The hotel sits close to the mountains, so you'll see amazing sunsets surrounded by beautifully lit monutains. The rooms are beautifully equipped and upgraded to the latest standards. It's worth dining at Angala too, as the chef's cuisine was excellent. When not going on a wine tour, I'd szuggest relaxing by the... More

We were there just a couple days but very good experience. Very nice hotel in the vineyards. Room is so beautiful with a outside shower. Nice view and good service. Also food is very good. Not more to say, but if you stay as a couple in this area it is nice place to have a peaceful time!

Sadly we only could stay two nights in this luxurious guest house. In the middle of wine fields it is a perfect place to relax and explore the beautiful region. We very much enjoyed our noble room and the lavish breakfast. We also had a great dinner, which was presented by the very talented Chef himself. The service was relaxed,... More

We were attending a wedding at Vrede en Lust and managed to book the last room at Angala which is on the same estate. Very handy indeed. It was a very pleasant stay. Sadly it was only 2 days as we would have liked to stay longer but had to get back home. The service was excellent, the cottage was... More

There is no doubt you will be totally blown away by the setting at Angala - the Gardens, Eco pool, open terrace over-looking the hills and gorgeous rooms. It is totally tucked away (you've a few km on a track to get to it) and I imagine a great place to unwind. Unfortunately for us, due to other commitments, we... More

Dear Leonie, We would like to thank you for staying at Angala and the lovely comments you gave regarding the establishment and area. We regret you found the service at Angala to be lacking.
