This camp is the hub for all other places north, west and east - including the Botswana part of the park. Fuel station, small shop, small workshop, very helpful reception, game hide within camp fence. There are different rooms with different ages. The rooms was very clean, very large, fully equipped, furniture a bit worn out. Of course it is... More

Overall, of TR, KTC, Bitterpan, Urikaruus and Grootkolk, this was the one camp we would probably not return to. It is just that the wilderness camps have the more bush feel, and TR seemed a little more updated. Nothing wrong with Nossob, the chalet was just very dated, and the inside could use a little sprucing up. To each their... More

This is. Really a basic camp. Our house was clean and sufficient. But it is far from a high class resort. The night safari we made from the camp was however very nice and the guide was friendly and knowledgable.

We spent just one night in a chalet whilst in transit to Gharagab. The chalet has 2 bedrooms and was huge. We loved the fact that the electricity went off at 10pm as everything goes silent. I think all holiday places in national parks should have no electricity in the night!Nossob is fairly small and in an amazing part of... More

We stayed here 3 times, last time in December 2013. There is a big difference between the more comfy and expensive places and the cheaper chalets for 2 persons. They are fine for a few nights, but in summer without the aircon (and no electricity between 10pm and 5am, why??!!) and no fan at night possible it can get so... More

We are frequent visitors to the various Sanparks Parks throughout South Africa and as such have come to expect a certain standard of accommodation from them. Our biggest disappointment with Kgalagadi (Twee Rivieren, Nossop, Kalahari Tented Camp and Mata Mata) was that there were no Game or Night Drives to be had anywhere! Advertising of this activity is plentiful –... More

Chalets are a very old and tired, fridge and freezer do work but so mouldy I wouldn't get too close. I was expecting bats from what I'd read but none in chalet 5a which was a bonus. nice briaa area table and chairs, nothing very special about this place but it is out in the middle of nowhere, shower with... Reservation and payment hasslefree via Internet. Reception personell friendly and professional. The campsite offers electricity, water, abulation and toilets are clean. There is a shop in the camp supplying the basics. All in all as expected and in the middle of a wonderful nature experience.

I say this in most of my Sanparks reviews: the camps are just a place to sleep after a tiring day of game drives. Do not expect miracles. The chalets at Nossob have clearly been revamped a little. They are completely adequate for a braai and a comfortable night's sleep. The camp has a very nice hide for game viewing... More

After having read so much about this haven of African predators we were sorely disappointed. On arrival the camp staff were totally uninterested in proving more than very basic information about the camp, activities and the area. Ablutions were very tired and in sore need of a complete overhaul. Campsites were very cramped and discipline within the camp sorely lacking.... More
