My Son and I stayed here for 10 nights during the JBay Open surf contest. It's a lovely, peaceful, clean and affordable place to stay and Sharon made us feel very welcome and at home. Everything was great and we will certainly be staying here again in the future!

This was a great stop in Jeffrey's Bay, a short walk from the beach. The little flat was clean, warm and welcoming, the garden was beautiful, and the cookies in the jar were a delicious and delightful bonus! Sharon was a lovely hostess and gave us a call after we'd left the next day to let us know we'd forgotten... More

We were travelling with small children and they were made to feel so at home here. Sharon was very helpful and easy going. Late arrival was no problem and we felt really welcome. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We were so happy we stayed here again on our way back. I would reccommend this accommodation without reserve.

We booked this room quite spontaneously and arrived at Jeffreys Bay pretty late at night. Nevertheless, our host waited to welcome us. We enjoyed our night stop. The breakfast was lovely just like our host. Great comfortable atmosphere. Thank you.

We'd been on the road all day, tired and hungry, host waited 'til after we'd had dinner(suggesting an awesome restaurant~nina's surf bar) checking in much later than planned. Quiet neighborhood, good nights rest, great one night stopover on our roadtrip. Breakfast is superb!

I highly recommend this accommodation. Very friendly family and cosy room with patio. All necessary things in the kitchen available. Silent situated in a living area at the north side of Jeffrey´s Bay. Car beneficial.

We were shocked when we read the review of Sam1Charente which coincided with our visit. This was definitely not what we experienced. We had a lovely room with a beautiful view on the bay. The room was very clean and well equipped, we even had home baked biscuits. The water problem was not an issue as the owner provided clean... More

Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience here. Not all of it was the fault of the owner to be fair. The lady of the house had dashed to England for a family emergency, and our host seemed a trifle harassed! We were given a pleasant enough room on the ground floor although the decor was perhaps slightly eccentric, there... More

Hello this is Sharon owner of a1 ,I feel this review is a little unfair ,please could you tell me about the room ,I see that the incorrect duvet cover was on ,normally its plain white or grey , why do you say the room was a mess.? I do leave books, magazines for guests to read. What is unrelated... More
