Beautiful modern sleek rooms with modern bathrooms. Unrivaled beach and ocean view from 1st floor terrace. Conveniently located for beach walks. Staff fantastic and very friendly and helpful for booking restaurants etc... Breakfast also fantastic with large range available. Could not find any fault with this accommodation and also good value.

Quite good location, only a few steps away from the beautiful ocean front! Room was very nice with gorgeous big windows facing the ocean & garden. Bed very comfortable. Very clean room. Had our own balcony area, although was not very private as we were on the main floor. Would suggest requesting a second level ocean view with balcony to... More

We stayed for 8 days at Shaloha Guesthouse and was the best stay. Our hosts were friendly and helpful at all times. Guesthouse is immaculate. Staff EXCELLENT and cannot do enough for their guests. We will never stay at any other place except Shaloha when in Jeffrey's. Excellent value!

We stayed at Shaloha over Easter with a Group of 8 (two families) allowing us to have the entire house for ourselves - what a luxury it turned out to be! The house and its location are stunning - right on the beach with schools of dolphins swimming by regularly every morning and evening. And wonderful Addo NP is not... More

Just spent 2 nights in Jeffrey's at the shaloha and it was wonderful. This is one of the nicest places in SA sitting over a wonderful view. We could have stayed on our deck all day and soaked up the rays and watched the waves rolled by. The room is big and great, breakfast magnificent, etc etc. we loved it... More

My gf and I stayed here mid March (unfortunately) for only one night and wanted a chill out after a few days at a game reserve and having just got engaged. I'd emailed before we arrived to ask for sparkling wine and to see if a room upgrade became available could they contact me and Zandra was very quick at... More

We visit Jeffrey's Bay for the first time at the beginning of March 2014 , our daughter has recently settled in this area and we were visiting from Bradford, Ontario, Canada. We wanted our own space and my daughter and her husband found this wonderful guesthouse for us to stay at. The accommodations were excellent! Every morning while eating a... More

We stayed here for two nights last weekend. This was very different to other accommodation on our trip but so good. It is not just for surfers. The room was excellent with an inexpensive mini bar. Local restaurants are great but you can also self cater. The managers are helpful but relaxed and only the guests stay in the building... More

Very affordable and feels like a home. I wish I could stay forever at the guesthouse. The beach is right on your doorstep, beautiful views, beautiful food, beautiful relaxing rooms, beautiful out door seating and fire place, surf/boggie boards to borrow, lovely staff, and an amazing beautiful library in the lounge (with a view of the beach of course) which... The Shaloha Guesthouse has a spacious building which makes you feel comfortable at once. The location has superb views on the Supertubes and is very close to supermarkets and a good, local restaurant (Nina's) with a nice mixture of local families and surfers. Though is a selfcatering guesthouse it feels like a 4/5 star hotel. A very good place to relax
