We came to Kuzuko at the end of a busy holiday, and had the most wonderful 2 days. A ride in the morning, then breakfast and some personal time, then another ride in the evening, and a wonderful dinner. The views are just magnificent and the people are wonderful. Two tips: 1) if this is your first visit to Africa,... More

We spent 3 nights at Kuzuko - which is really the Place of Glory! The chalets are really comfortable, the service is, the food is absolutely amazing (beef filet etc.), the safaris are stunning! There was nothing left to wish for. Tammy, our ranger, went beyond herself to show us the animals. She is so knowlegeable and a great tracker!... More

Spend two nights at the lodge, fantastic setting, fantastic friendly service, good food, not a fantastic variety of game. Unluckily we had terrible weather for game drives and my wife was on crutches. The lodge provided a wheelchair and it was fantastic. Game rangers forgot the birds and the plant life! If you don't have a lot of game, use... More

The only downside to this stunning lodge is the 40km gravel road to get there, not that it is dangerous, but it just feels never-ending....But when you get there, that is when relaxation kicks in big time!! You must go on both the game drives per day. What you don’t see in the morning, you will definitely see on the... More

What an experience we shall never forget! The game drives were absolutely fantastic...we didnt want them to end! Our ranger Freddie, was a super star and made so much effort in explaining things about the animals that we saw. Elephants, rhino, lion, cheetah, zebra, buffalo, baboons and many antelope breeds were amongst the animals we saw and we were not... More

The space and fastness of a high plato overlooking Eastern Cape Bushveld and home of the Addo Elephants. This Lodge is seriously into atmosphere and space, and if you are looking for that top of the world feeling, here it is in five star luxury. More

A lovely place in the heart of a Game Reserve. Be warned that you might think you have gone the wrong way as you travel over 40km on an unmade road without passing any signs of life.....but once you arrive you know you have come somewhere special. The staff were exceptional, the food was fantastic given that you are miles... More

If you're after a Game Lodge whilst in SA, this is probably the one! Stunning scenery, attentive staff, lovely clean accommodation, knowledgable rangers....I agree with the last reviewer, this isn't Longleat Safari Park and some game drives were short on animals but we saw an awful lot on most drives. Plenty of elephants and even a black rhino. Brilliant value... More

Following a very long car drive from Wilderness....and a 40km drive along the R400 (gravel and dirt road), we arrived at the oasis that is Kuzuko. Following a seamless transfer to a game truck we were driven higher into the hills to the lodge itself. Our car was parked under a shaded garage complex. The chalet accomodation was very well... We stayed in the lodge for 2 nights in January 2012. It is in a beautiful setting and the accomodation is of a good standard. There are two game drives a day, morning and evening and the guides were very good. The lodge is about 40km down a dirt road, so be prepared for that and make sure you fill... More
