By far the best place in NJ to stay on the beach. When your there its just like being in Florida. The building and the grounds are wonderful. Don't bring pets because even though they are permitted its not really the best place to have them.

We had been coming years and years but the Resort started to get to big and the apartments started to become a little outdated. The pools were murky from to many people using them and not enough chlorine. It just wasn't as nice as it was 5 years before when we started coming. It was a shame though because it... More

Just returned last week from Seapointe Village vacation with small children. Our first time there. Basically it is a Condo Complex of apartments, Townhouses and free standing homes. These places are privately owned and many owners rent out for summer vacations. Each accommodation is decorated by the owner so you might have high end decor or a simple decor. The... More

Just back from a multigenerational family vacation -- grandma, kids and a few exhausted adults! While this was not bargain vacation, we found real value. Overall, the property is lovely and the convenience and accessibility for young kids and our elderly mom was worth the slightly higher price tag. The entire Seapointe property is extremely well maintained and virtually spotless.... More

If you have a family and do not want to get on a plane, Seapointe Village is the ideal vacation. Although Wildwood itself is very Honkey Tonkey, Seapointe sits on the very end of Wildwood Crest , in a gated owner and guest community. We have been going there every summer for 25 years. The grounds are beautiful and kept... More

Rented a townhouse in front of center pool. Everything was great. Site and house was very clean. Travelled with my parents hubby two teenage boys and two little boys 3 and 5. There was something for everyone. My dad who can't stay in the sun enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. The pools were great for everyone. The... More

All the best of a Florida or Carribean Resort, without air travel. I would stack the Wildwood and Cape May beaches against any of them. Cape May has all the charm of an old New England seafaring town with some great restaurants to boot. Seapointe Village offers immaculately clean facilities and pools, bbq grills, 24 hour security and ample parking.... More

So ANNOYED! Here we have hard working staff, a lovely physical site, but policies with no heart and no administrative individual with the clout or kindness to buck the system. This was our 4th time at Seapointe and our LAST! We have been all over our country at upscale condos and never have we found this arrogant, petty attitude. Our... More

My family and I booked a room at the South Beach Building 702 in mid August 2013. The grounds were attractive and seemed clean. The amenities were not bad. Pools nice and clean for the most part for the exception of having quite a bit of leaves in some of them. The big problem was the condo. First we discovered... More

stayed in the garden building (213) in mid-august for the first time at seapointe village. overall, the amenities and grounds are very nice, clean and well maintained... but you are paying a lot of $$ to stay here and in my opinion, its really NOT worth the price at the end of the day... a regular condo with a pool...
