We are former owners of a unit in the South building, owning it from construction to 2005. We had the opportunity to re-visit Seapointe in June and were really pleased to see how well the development is standing up. First, the last major biuilding (Ibis) has been completed since we sold. It is a design not to my liking, and... more

My family has been staying 1 week at Seapointe Village for about 8 years in a row. We love it but go off season because the rates are sky high. We are foregoing this year due to economy & also am hoping to find better rates at some of the newer, just built places which look just as nice and... more

1st time at Seapointe. We found a Seapointe condo rental via the owner. We arrived a few hours early, the owner was in the unit with the cleaning person. They let us put our food in the fridge. When we returned to the unit, all the food had been thrown in the garbage, including $50 worth of caviar! When I... more

Since I have a 13 month old, I wanted to try somewhere with more than just a hotel room. I heard of Seapointe from a friend and she promised me I would not be disappointed. I wasn't. First of all, my new favorite time to vacation is immediately following labor day. The rates were more than half off and it... more

Stayed at Seapointe Village for the 3rd year in Center Court. Spent the majority of the time on the beach as opposed to the pool so in future visits I may consider switching from Center Court to either North or South. However, our unit, CC314 was GREAT. Spacious, clean, well supplied and conveniently located. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at... more

I was laughing after I read the review below because the person was either 1) Confusing Seapointe Village with some other place she stayed 2) Not telling the truth, for some reason or 3) so small-minded that she hadn't bothered to venture outside of her condo to visit the other pools at the resort! We just came back from a... more

This recent trip must be the 10th trip to Seapointe for our family and the facilities are still the best at the Jersey shore. It reminds you of a Florida resort instead of the motels of the Wildwoods and the single-family homes of the shore. Our family switches between Stone Harbor and Seapointe and we always find that we immediately... more

Best place in Wildwood and best of the Jersey shore to stay. We stayed in Center Court thinking we'd be close to the center court pool. And we were. But we were a bit away from the main pool and the ocean. By staying in the North Beach building the next time, we were close to all 4 pools including... more

Seapointe village is a great place for families. The condos are individually owned, and are all clean and well kept. We are very picky and have stayed at many 5 star hotels. While it is not a Four Season, it is very nice and perfect for young children. It is 5 minutes from Cape May and very close to the... more
