My family and I visited the Bolero this summer for the 4th of July. My wife was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the service provided. The rooms were spotless and the food was magnificent. We highly recommend the Bolero for a great family vacation. Oh yes...very $$$ reasonable at the height of the season. Thank you!!!

For this price you can stay at a beautiful place in Wildwood Crest. It's close to the boardwalk but you would do better to stay in Wildwood Crest and bike or take the tram. The room was not clean, the ceilings were badly stained and the tiny bathroom was a joke. The mouse house level toilet holder (4 inches off... More

If you go to WW and expect the ritz Carlton, you're out of your mind. Every hotel had out dated comforter sets and tube tvs. I loved my stay at the Bolero. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant downstairs had fantastic food. I will be staying here again. My room was NOT dirty.

Paid $375.00 for one night at this hotel is was totally not worth it. The lobby is dirty as well as the elevators and hallways. We went into the room and I was less than impressed. There was a stain on the couch and the linens are from 1980. There is no safe in the room so there is nowhere... More

We arrived on Thursday August 28, 2014- Sept 2nd. There is absolutely no one there that cares to provide good customer service. We arrived to the desk to check in, there were two guys wearing a blue shirt w the logo of the hotel who seemed very annoyed that we interrupted their conversation. The rooms need maintenance, lots of it,... More

I booked 3 rooms last August and so far the rooms were in good conditions, although in one of the rooms with kitchenette, only one burner is working. They have a place to barbecue, parking is quite tight on the weekend. Overall, it's still a good place to stay, only few blocks to boardwalk

The room has carpet that is filthy dirt. There is an odor that we believe is coming from the carpet. There were birds scrimmaging through the garbage that sit on the terrace where the extremely dirty grills are.

Very disappointed. We reserved rooms and were told they were ocean views. Only to see buildings and10% water. When we went to speak to front desk. They were no help and did not even try to offer anything. Mind you we were 6 families so we spend over 5000 dollars. Tvs are old. Sheets and are filthy. And so was... More

My husband and I stayed at the Bolero in room 4014, we had to leave on Tuesday for a funeral back home, we returned Wednesday evening. We left a $20.00 tip before we left for the house cleaning (their was no envelope) so we left it on the table AND it was still their when we came back in! They... More

Staff at the Bolero were very nice and helpful. If you are staying in the hotel section and need the elevator be prepared to wait. There is only 1 and it is VERY slow. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor pool/wight room area is a plus. Parking is tight - even though there is an overflow lot across the... More
