First of all to start when I booked the room it was for a 2 bedroom family room with 3 beds with a full size fridge. When I walked into the room it was 3 beds crammed into one room with a mini fridge. When we went to take a shower the water was cold and there was no water... More

When we booked the "family room", the site showed a kitchen, a sitting area, main sleeping area, and a small bedroom with a bunk bed. That is not what we got. What we walked into was a very small single room--not even a sitting area--a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was tiny, with only a shower stall (when we... More

We made a reservation for a 5 person room. (us and 3 teenaged children) We got the room for $159 a night, which was the cheapest I could find at the time. I knew what part of the boardwalk we would be near, so it sounded like a good idea. Upon arrival at the "hotel", we found that it was... More

Those who posted bad reviews on Key West are entitled to their opinions, however, I strongly disagree with them. Keep in mind, the Wildwood area is an older community and the hotels in the area have been around for a long time. The building is older and the rooms appear to be in the process of Being refurbished. Our room... More

I'm not a high end person but this place is terrible. We opened the door to our "family room" and found a closet with beds. Everything is old and outdated, window ac, tube TV, etc. it seemed clean I guess, we haven't left yet but no diseases so far. For the cheap price of a $150 a night, you get... More

Where do I even begin with this poor excuse of a hotel? If we hadn't been traveling with our 16 month old son, we would have slept in the car. First of all, check in was a joke. The guy at the front desk told us we weren't allowed to use the pool (which we later found out we were... More

We were thrilled with our recent stay at the Key West. For starters, you can't beat the location. Just a block and a half west of the Boardwalk, and right in the middle of the action in Wildwood proper. The hotel itself is operated as part of the Quebec Motel's family of properties (the Quebec being located directly "behind" the... More

This place was the WORST place I've ever been in. First day, we checked in and found the room was not even cleaned. It did not have a microwave, the shower curtain rod was hanging off the ceiling. The air conditioner looked like it had at least 5 inches of dust piled on it. We were changed to a different... More
