This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First off the women at the front desk were rude. One woman said don't ask me any questions I'm off duty right now and waiting for my husband to pick me up. So basically they were down to one girl at the front desk for 3PM check ins.... more

Unbelievably poor customer service. My daughter was trying to book 20 rooms for a wedding party and the best price they would give was the "rack rate". They also wanted to charge $100.00 per shuttle trip to the wedding location 2 miles down the road! Their website lists "free local shuttle service" but they wanted to charge for 2 trips... more

if you enjoy vomit on your carpeting, kids partying so loud the police need to be called, an inattentive staff, and a clogged shower...by all means stay here. otherwise, stay very far away from this "boutique" hotel. more
