This place is not run like a campground should be. The "staff" were more or less the residents of the campground. 95% of the sites were full time and the sites that were rentable were small and unkept. The utilities on our site were not conveniently located as we used 35' of power cord and 20' of sewer hose. (Good... More

I am a seasonal camper. Site #188. I wanted to let people know that I have been to at least 100 campgrounds through my adult life and this one is in the top 3. The manager Ray is extremely helpful and kind as long as all the staff. I have a 12 ur old son and he is solo busy... More

If you are looking for some peace and quiet time this is NOT the place for you! This past weekend i went with friends and we thought we will have a camping experience! We ended up arriving to a " campgrounds" full of RV's but most of the people here are NOT visitors they actually live there year round! The... More

We travel by bicycle and camp at many campgrounds and we were not thrilled with this place. The bathrooms were filthy, the noise kept us up until 2am (very loud parties everywhere) and we smelled a lot of Mary Jane everywhere. We couldn't even get food here and we also had to load and unload our own firewood (We were... More

We stayed for two long weekends in June 2014. We travel with our two black labs and our cat. The owner and employees are very friendly, down to earth and extremely helpful. We felt very raxed at this campground in our RV. Most of the sites are shaded and clean. The campground is very pet friendly and it seemed to... More

Stayed here in July 2013 and again in October 2013. When we pulled up with our camper, someone's car was in the spot. An employee had it moved before we knew it, and he dropped off a bunch of free fire wood for our inconvenience. Also helped guide our camper into the spot. And, lent us an electrical cord adapter... The amenities were very old and the decking all around was old & can easily get splinters. I would put this in a catagory of trailer park, not resort, seeing that 80% of the trailers are there year round( with no restrictions). No one cared weather or not his neighbor had an aircoditioner in the driver seat of his mobile... More

My family of five stayed over 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed the fireworks at Beachside, went to the boardwalk in Seaside, and spent a lot of time enjoying the campground. The pool was great, and open late. We caught fish in the river right off the bridge. There was a great party with food on Saturday night, Poney rides... More
