Great place for events and weddings. Beautiful, on the water and classy. The staff for the wedding I was attending were great. The only problem that we had was the two old men behind the hotel bar were probably the slowest bartenders I have ever seen in my life. The bar is very small, the service was horrible and they... We stayed here recently we're very impressed with the room. It was so beautiful, with a giant soaker tub, great shower and plenty of amenities. The customer service was also great! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a beautiful place and very relaxing!

I could not have been more impressed with the design and look of our room. Every detail was thought through and tied together. A beautiful room. Complementary bottled water and Wifi. Bed was a bit soft for me, but still ok. Great location to downtown Stone Harbor. Had only 2 issues. Biggest was that the walls are thin and we... More

Decided to combine a birthday, anniversary and getaway weekend all into one. We didn't want to travel too far, wanted an ocean, a sea breeze and relaxation. The Reeds gave us everything that we were looking for, and delivered. Stone Harbor, NJ is quiet, its off season, the hussle of in-season traffic and crowds was avoided. The hotel is fairly... More

My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay at the Reeds. We were there as an Anniversary gift to ourselves. We waited until the last minute to book the trip as there are no refunds after 28 days ahead. Now we regret having gone there in the first place. Our first inkling should have been the gentleman... Thank you for your review and honest feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your stay. Room 300 is one of our guest favorites because of the spacious sitting nook overlooking 96th street and fireplace, so it is nice to hear that you were pleased with these beautiful accomodations. Because this guestroom is on the town side there can... More

Stumbled across this beauty this past summer when I stopped in for breakfast. Stayed the weekend after Christmas as well. The finishings are just beautiful, the rooms are bright, spotless, and thee most comfortable beds ever. There is a beautiful lobby with sitting area and welcoming fireplace, right next to the bar with the friendliest bartenders! It's a great spot... More

We booked 2 nights in March and due to a snowstorm on the way we called at the last minute to see if we could book an additional night .The staff was wonderful in accommodating us and saw to it that we didn't even have to change rooms for the additional night. After a 2 hour drive in heavy fog and... Stayed overnight On a Sat in Feb. and the room decor was lovely! Beds were comfy and large bathroom. We didnt eat any meals there but had a few drinks at the bar-great guitar player but the bartender was not very accomadating! Basically ignored you and you had to stand up and look like you were leaving to even get... More

We went during the off season so the town was pretty much closed. but we went to relax so we didn't mind. We had a corner room with lovely view of the town and the lit trees at night. And in the snow it was a site to behold. The bed was very comfortable the room clean and decorated in... More

Great modern, but beachy hotel. Staff was friendly in the hotel, bar, and restaurant. The room was clean and modern, but still had that classic beachy style. The restaurant was wonderful and served a variety of food and extensive wine list. After dinner, the bar had live entertainment, but was not overly crowded. Staff was attentive without being too overwhelming.... More
