I've stayed at this hotel on two occasions. I work nearby, and on nights where I'm required to work late into the evening, and then report back to work very early in the morning, I've decided to stay at this hotel rather than deal with a long commute home. This place is a dump and a scary place to stay. People tried to break into room 3 nights in a row. The maids are weird and try to come in even when you tell them NO. The room is like outside and disgusting. It smells and I got terrible bug bites allover. I AM SO SORRY. DO NOT GO... More

No hot water they tried to get extra money from us. Breakfast is stale coffee and old expired Danish packaged. The old women at the front desk is very rude. Cleaning people open the door to clean without knocking you and they dont speak any damn english so you can tell them to leave.Be very very very very careful using... More

First incident: My husband went in with my credit card to pay for our room, he had to come & get me because the lady at the office needed to have me pay, since the card was in my name...but then I had issues because the card still had my maiden name & my license had my married name. Thank... More

The rooms were nice, and affordable, but don't expect much from the staff if you need assistance. When I called to get a quote for a room, I asked if they had wireless Internet, and the rep said "yes." I travel a lot, all over the country, and have stayed in hundreds of motels; just because a place advertises WiFi,... More

I stayed at Congress Inn in 2009 and 2010. My first stay was good except the toilet kept on making this weird sound. The second time was very pleasant stay. The third time, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on for long, fortunately it wasn't a hot day. The price to rent out a room for the night is a little... More
