I use this hotel whenever I work in Somerset (about 6 times a year). It is difficult to criticise it at all as the service is excellent, breakfast is superb ( once you've got past the issue with disposable cutlery and crockery!). I have stayed at the Doubletree (a Hilton "sister") and other local hotels and definitely prefer the Hampton. More
