I booked this through HOTWiRE. Unfortunately this place was horrific. And let me count the ways. NonSMoking room reeked, and the beds were unfit for sleeping on. Bedding stunk and was smelly and had holes. LIGHTING - there is ONE lamp across the room from the BED and can only be turned on my PLUGGING IN. Had to drag this... more

Please DO NOT stay there! Do not subject yourself or your family to this place. It should be shut down! It looks nothing like the pictures. Nothing at all! Not even close! There is nothing shiney nor glamorus. It is old, dirty, disgusting and smells. Everything is broken. And the worst part, there are BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!! When I told the front... more

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen...although it states it is under renovation (by the way not told that on the phone) that is the least of it's problem. The blanket had a huge red stain, the sheets had cigarette burn holes in them, the mattress had brown stains all over them, the sheet rock was laying... more

I am travelling on business, and commuting from this location to NYC on business, I am pleasantly surprised. Hotel Front Desk very helpfull with service and information. Rooms are larger than usual, with micro. and refridgerator. Rooms are clean, with desk and the side od the hotel I am on, looks out onto trees, which has been a plus. The... more

Stayed here one night-and was satisfied-I paid only $60 net with my Roomsaver magazine coupon and got even more then I paid for-they are in middle of renovations and I was fortunate to stay on the fifth floor which was already renovated so I was pleased with the room and the entire floor appearance which can be compared to any... more

I have stayed at this hotel about eight times in the past few years (Not my choice, but my company's). Although desk staff try to be as friendly as possible, I can see that it is truly hard for them to do their job when the whole place is crumbling around them. Some of the problems are the following: *... more

This was a good hotel 15yrs ago but is now really showing its age. I have stayed here 5 days over last month and have not seen more then 10 cars in the lot. Their appears to be only a skeleton crew I have stayed in both king bed and the DBL full bed rooms. Both rooms offer free wifi.... more

I stayed here for one night March 19th, as part of a business trip through several cities. It was very close to a plant we were visiting. It was really just horrible, possibly highlighted by the fact that we had just completed a stay at the Westin in Times Square, which was wonderful. Check in was fine, but, the room... more

The room was disappointing for a Ramada property. The carpet was installed without being properly stretched which created a number of trip hazards. A non-smoking room with cigarette burns on the blanket, and the curtains were torn. The bedroom was spacious, and I found the king size bed comfortable. The bathroom is tiny. You almost have to be a contortionist... more

Just don't go. Don't waste your time, money or energy. The hotel itself and the decor is tired and dingy looking, not to mention stained and dirty. The pool is tiny, the pool area is dirty, and the pool floor is sandy and slimy. The staff are slow and unresponsive. They are incredibly inefficient. I called the front desk for... more
