The star rating should be reviewed at this hotel. Wifi did not work. You hear all that goes on in the hallway. Got served in cardboard plates with plastic utensils during breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was freezing cold. AC made lots of noise. Luckily I got a good price for this as is was certainly not work full... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for the local anime convention a month ago. We had a room on the 9th floor, which is apparently part of the 'concierge' level, I think it was rooms 8-12 in the tower. It would seem on the website these rooms are called 'executive' level. Check in was OK, no complaints there.... More

I stay in many many hotels and motels around the USA and Canada, from inexpensive to expensive. I went with a group and we got 11 rooms of the 11 only 2 had no issues. I will only speak for my room. First off it took 20 minutes to get into to the room, after 3 trips to the front... More

Tub filled with water as we took showers. Blanket was dengy white. It was just not a comfortable stay with children who like to touch and lay down on everything. It was not to a parents cleanliness for their children.

Overall not a great experience at this hotel. Upon getting into the room the bathroom was not cleaned, the room smells musty. For breakfast they opened 20 minutes late which is a huge inconvinence. On top of that some of the staff were very unprofessional. The pool was about the only good experience. I'm not normally a complainer but this... More

We were traveling and packed for one week. When we got to the room we found only three small drawers. The next day I spoke to the manager on duty and she said that is how the rooms came. However thatday we found a dresser in our room with three more drawers. If you are going to stay ask for... More

This is a tired, moldy, dump hotel masquerading as a business traveler high rise. The first room they gave me stank of stale cigarettes so they moved me to the top floor. The new room was no better. I had to leave a hefty tip each night with a request to the chambermaid to bleach the mold off the bathtub... More

I wanted to stay at this hotel for two reasons. 1. They had a complementary breakfast (which was the biggest plus there) 2. They were SUPPOSE to have refrigerators I stayed during a 3 day convention for that was actually partly being held in this hotel. That was extremely convenient and the only reason I'd ever stay there again. Of... More

SUMMARY We stayed here for 1 night for a wedding at the Imperia (just down the road). We paid $129.99 plus taxes and fees for the night (this was the discounted rate for the wedding party). Bottom line……it was NOT worth it. There are plenty of other hotels in the area – STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! LOCATION ** Just off Route... More
