Recent trip to the area/Garden State Exhibit Center driving from Philly airport. Found hotel despite terrible rental car. Front desk gal was terrific. She realized my travel frustration and couldn't have been more understanding and professional. Room was just fine, can't think of any negatives. Morning breakfast was not included and they had an a la carte walk up snack/breakfast... More

Nice quiet location, near all. Rooms are very large, nice, clean. Nice comfortable work desk. Pool is well maintained. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous - they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. All around great place to stay. we would highly recommend.

Perfect stay. Clean, large room, king bed. Price was right on a weekend, $90 (included tax etc). It is a very nice hotel, nice lobby, quiet. No breakfast, no coffee in lobby except Starbucks to purchase. Coffee in the room, refrig and microwave.

Tucked away very close to the convention center, several corporate centers Rutgers Football and right off 287 the hotel has friendly staff clean rooms and very comfortable beds and you can open the window a big plus in my book. The value for my weekend stay was very good. For a serviceable business trip location this fit the bill.

Only needed to spend one night at this hotel, but the bed and the pillows were wonderful. They put many pillows on the bed so you can choose what you like. I suppose people have had good comments about the bed linens, because you can purchase them online. Good weekend rate for the area.

I recently stayed into this hotel. Rooms are decent, has the basic facilities required by business travelers. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The place is very near by to the offices around like Bridgewater, Somerville, Raritan and New Brunswick.

It is a good value compared to other hotels in the area that we consider, but overall there is nothing that really stands out about this hotel. The was staff was efficient and professional. I wouldn't avoid it or seek it out.

Keeping in mind the Courtyard Hotels in India Booked Courtyard Somerset for my stay during Oct-14 in NJ, USA. Ordinary rooms which require serious upgrade, breakfast included in the room rate they said you can choose any two items from Fruits / Cold drinks / Hot drinks / a chocolate bar / corn flakes, compare to what Courtyard offer in... Have stayed here many times over the years when visiting for Rutgers football games. They did a great job of updating the lobby, but the rooms have really started to show their age since we were here a year ago. Beat up dresser and TV stand and a dented refrigerator. Not what I expect from a Marriott label. No coffee... More

I am writing this to praise the staff. This Courtyard was the typical style for the brand, but I found the staff to be very helpful for everything from early check-in to finding a late night take out restaurant. The hotel is clean, the rooms were just fine and everything worked including the internet. The TGI Friday's provides room service.... More
