I had decided to stay in the Madison Suites Hotel for a conference held in Somerset. Out of all the hotels in the area, MSH had the best price in comparison, so I decided to give it a chance. As soon as I walked in, the staff happily greeted me. I had a quick check in, and proceeded to go to my room which was extremely clean and comfortable. When I had asked for extra towels, the manager came and delivered them personally. He made sure that I was happy and comfortable and personally addressed all of my needs. What I liked best about this hotel was the kindness they showed me during my stay. They always addressed me by name and made sure that I was comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anything better! more
