From a family of 4 perspective, staying in Secaucus was a smart choice when visiting NYC. Having been to NY many times before as a couple or individual, staying in the city was fine. With a family and all the gear, the larger rooms of the Hyatt Place was much appreciated, and very comfortable and affordable. Hotel rooms in the... More

This is my go to place for traveling to NYC. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable. Check in: always an easy process and never a long wait. Rooms: The beds are comfortable (probably the best hotel bed I have ever stayed in) and the rooms are big and well equipped. Great having the sink area separate from the shower/toilet area.... More

We stayed for a visit in New York, 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 teens. Everything was great! The clerks were genuinely nice, full of advise and gave clear instructions for using the city buses into New York. The bus stop is right across from the hotel and is 8$ to and back from New York. 2 double beds with... More

Stayed for one night while in the New York area with my father. NJ Transit bus (320 Harmon Meadow/Mill Creek) stops right in front of the hotel with a ticket machine where you can purchase a round trip (to and from hotel & Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC) for less than $8. Parking is plentiful in hotel(s) parking garage... More

This is an amazingly convenient location for anyone wishing to explore NY (Manhattan) without having to dish out $500+ per night. NJ Transit # 320 takes to straight into the heart of Manhattan and same brings you back whenever your legs give up on the walking fad. Very, very well kept hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Only two concerns, no on-site... More

Hotel was great, staff was very friendly, location was perfect for a trip down to NYC via the NJ Transit Bus (stop literally across the street from hotel). I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again when visiting the area.

The location, service and convenience of this hotel was top notch! It's located just a stone's throw from Manhattan. Across the street from the hotel is a bus stop where there is regular pickup/drop off to Port Authority. Round trip tickets to NYC were just over $7 for adults and free for our kids on the weekend (ages 9 and... More

Great room, but doubles aren't quite as comfy with two adults. It worked for the weekend. Nice and clean. Roomy. Good breakfast but there was a large group of kids, so it was packed and picked over. Nice parking garage access and bus stop to NYC right across the street. $8 rt..straight to Port Authority. Stayed in May 2013.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Spaciois room. Frendly staff. In house restaurant 24 hours. That was very nice. Did not have to go out for dinner when I arrived. Bus shuttle in front of hotel take you to New York 42 sc street in 20 min. Many things to do arround the hotel. I will come back for sure.
