We stayed here for 4 nights, while visiting NYC & attending AC/DC concert at Metlife Stadium. We were easy access to the Lincoln Tunnel & only about 1 mile from the stadium. The hotel was right on the water & we were able to sit on a bench & drink our morning coffee. The rooms were clean & the staff... More

Stayed here 1 night because I was going to the AC/DC concert at Met Life Stadium (which is less than 5 minutes away). Check in went smooth. Diamond was very helpful. We didn't see any restaurants around for lunch. She provided us a map with a bunch of places to choose from that were about a mile away. Went our... More

This is the only plus of this place, that is quite dirty. Aircon is noisy and old, towels and linens could be cleaner and the bathroom is basically non existing. The girl at check in was very nice though. With something more in your budget i am sure you can find better choices in the area.

For the budget conscious visitor to New York City who wants a great home base to go exploring from this Red Roof Plus is an excellent choice. Seacaucus Junction train station is about 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes by bus and trains run from there about every 10 minutes or so into Penn Station so it is very convenient... More

My stay was very short. I live only 40 miles away, but I wanted to sleep over in Secaucus to get to an appointment without dealing with morning traffic. My room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced -- just right for my needs. Pluses: - large room (#151) with king bed - sink outside the bathroom (convenient for couples) -... More

This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget or just need a place to sleep while visiting NYC. There is no breakfast offered, but there is a Duncan Donuts/Wendy's/Subway across the street. The bus to NYC is a 10 min walk away and it costs about 6.00 return. It takes you right to the Port... More

This hotel is pretty decent. It seems like in the past this was a regular motel, given the location (close to the highway) and the rooms with the doors to outside. Yet, noise was not an issue. Anyway, the place looks fully renovated as the rooms are really good, with new bathrooms and painting. I had already been in a... More

The staff was very nice and helpful with our needs. The room was okay. Small and cozy. The best deal for poor college students wanting to go to New York. It is a bus ride away. The neighborhood surrounding seems a bit sketchy, but we were still able to comfortably walk to the bus station.

I have been staying here every month for almost 4 years. It has been consistently an easy and wonderful place to stay for my daily trips into New York City for business. The staff are always gracious, competent, and friendly. I make my reservations several months at a time. I have found the desk staff, Christiana, Diamond, Sheila, Marie and... More

My wife and I were visiting our son, his wife, and our first grandchild in Hoboken. they don't have room for us to stay anymore, so we were looking for an affordable and convenient hotel. And we found just what we were looking for in the Red Roof Plus in the Secaucus NJ/Meadowlands area. The staff was upper friendly and... More
