The linens (bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, washcloths) were stained and when we asked for new ones, we were given linens that had even more stains on them. First of all, they ruined our reservations that were made months in advance..and gave our room to other guest. Also you couldnt even use the toilet, because the sink was takin up all the space. There were stains on the bed sheets..it was the worst hotel i ever stayed at. more
