I stayed here just last week for several days to help out my son and his wife who just had a baby. What a find! Its perfectly located, immaculately maintained, the grounds are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the staff is wonderful ... all were so sincerely welcoming and friendly. They couldn't have been more helpful. I felt right... more

We have stayed here a number of times and each time we have always found the staff helpful and committed to providing excellent service. The check in is quick, the parking is near the room, and the rooms are always clean and well prepared. It is great to have breakfast each day in the main dining area. The food is... more

Stayed 3 times in 45 days. If you're a Marriotter and stay at ResInns for short stays, it's average. If you're a long duration guest, perhaps above average. Doesn't have the upgraded interior motiff (e.g., Chapel Hill, NC). Pluses - clean, friendly staff, timely breakfast - as it should be. Minuses - Housekeeping's a bit too liberal with the deodorizing... more

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding in Saddle River. The hotel staff was very nice, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a 2 yo with us, and it worked out well. They was plenty of room in the BR for his pack n play. The breakfast in the morning was very good. They... more

We were staying here for a business trip and the location, but could easily have been here for the locale and cleanliness. The Residence Inn at Saddle River mirrors its upscale area with larger rooms, very clean rooms and bathrooms, recreational facilities and easy access to the highway without being on the damned thing. Complimentary breakfast, newspaper and Internet access... more

I booked 2 rooms for my family to attend the tragic funeral of my cousin who was killed by a pit bull. Kirke who answered the phone was SO nice and so accomodating as I was not really thinking clearly at the time. I was thrilled that he was there the next day to check us in, as he went... more

I spent the whole month of September at the Residence Inn as I was working in the area helping to start up a new office. Being a woman on my own I was obviously looking for somewhere safe and secure. The actual exterior of the complex is very well looked after, and there are plently of car park spaces so... more

I recently completed an extended stay at this hotel. I was very pleased. The location is very nice and safe, though you do have to drive for restaurants and groceries. It's convenient to area businesses though, as well as the train station. Meals were very good, and I typically found the evening snack enough to serve as dinner. I would... more

We stayed for 6 nights at the Residence Inn in March. Our family of four (2 small kids) was very comfortable in a 2 bed suite. The room was spotless, and very nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet was excellent....lots of choices and lots of attention by the staff as far as keeping the area clean and food supplies stocked (a... more

We stayed at this Residence Inn for one night and enjoyed it immensely. There is a great pizza joint a mile or two away, we got takeout and enjoyed it in our room, which was very nice. The staff were very pleasant. The room was big, nice bathroom and kitchen area with a full size refrigerator. The kitchen was very... more
