I brought a large group to stay at the Holiday Inn Saddle Brook group of about 50. We were attending a conference to the Izod Center. The hotel is conviently located and it took us no time at all to get to and from the event. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is older and it is... more

Used points to stay at this hotel in December 08. This a converted howard johnson from the 60's. On the surface it looked real nice, but after looking you noticed. Dirty hallways Mold in bath tubs Stains on carpets Food behind dressers Candy melted in heating unit..never cleaned Televison with rolling picture No Iron I called for an iron in... more

the only redeeming feature of this property is that its frequently offered on Hotwire for about $60 or so and that's about all its worth. The front desk staff is completely indifferent and should be trained in customer service. I have stayed here at least 6 times and have never received a morning newspaper, I have brought this to the... more

Over the past five years Holiday Inns have become as uniform and predictable as McDonald's restaurants. (This is not necessarily a bad thing: people go to McDonald's not because the food is wonderful but because they know precisely what they'll be getting.) This Holiday Inn conforms to the stereotype: reasonably large room with all the necessities (desk and comfortable chair,... more

Gross room- only had smoking rooms with burned carpet. The hallways smelled like an ashtray. Way too much money for what you get. more

Expensive for what you get. As a platinum Priority Club member, I was given a room on the third floor facing the tollbooth. As a PC member, I had to ask for a newspaper to be told there aren't any more. PC means nothing at this hotel. I copies of two priceline reservations and those guest were paying 47.00 and... more

We had stayed at this hotel in the past when it was a Radisson and Loved it. We came back again now that it is a Holiday Inn and we discovered it went downhill. The rooms are the same- there was a hole in the floor of our room with electic wires coming out of it. We called maintenance and... more

We booked through Priceline for $75. The location is great, right off the Garden State Parkway. The staff was friendly when we arrived, and check in was smooth. As a Priceline customer, we received a room on the 2nd floor facing the Parkway toll booths, but we really didn't hear the highway. The room was okay, nice size with a... more

Appears that this was formally a Radisson. Clean quiet hotel. Convenient to highway and garden state parkway. About 20 minutes to George Washington Bridge and NYC. Our room was facing toll booth of parkway and we could hardly hear the traffic. Tried restaurant for breakfast and was disappointed with selection. more

The hotel was ok...decent for the location and money. The thing that really made me mad is they have a Lost and Found for items left in the room after check-out. A week after checking out i realized i had left a belt, socks, and under garments in a drawer so i called. The desk directed me to house keeping... more
