Room was above average. Clean, spacious, with a nice television. Bed was clean and comfortable. A few shoddy details but not bad considering price range. Heading down south on Rt 1 and it is right next to Market Fair Mall, very easy to find. Driving around the parking lot before checking in and saw many cars, so feel comfortable. We saw the hotel from Route One and decided to take a chance on it. I stayed at the Amerisuites on a recent business trip. The room was releatively clean except for the ants. The construction crew woke me up on several mornings too early to even get up to go to work. We stayed with AmeriSuites from the Sesame Place package on their website with our 1 year old and 3 year old. We were very disappointed. The hotel was very dirty, both in the room and out.
