I would like to share an incident that occurred on August 16, 2008 Saturday at the Westin Forrestal Village at 201 Village Blvd. Princeton New Jersey 08540. It happened at the poolside where 2 employees of the hotel, a certain Ms. Bennett and Mr. Thompson approached our group and disrespected us and other members of our party. At about 6:00... More

Got our room on Hotwire $89/night. Even though this was listed as a 4 star, I was concerned about some of the reviews were less then favorable. It was just fine for the price, no bells or whistles. Internet access was $9.95, 12noon - 12 noon each day. No breakfast, but small bottled water was available in the lobby. Hot... More

We stayed at this hotel one night since we made a day out of Princeton. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shops, which is nice. It IS a bit confusing trying to figure out how to get to it, though. Check-in was ok....however, we were given a room that was already being occupied!! The guy in the room... More

Expecting a 4-star hotel, as rated by Hotwire, we were very disappointed. The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the hotel's cleanliness was sub par. We requested a room switch after finding a bathroom with hairs in it and a bed with various stains. The second room was not much better, with blood stains and other questionable stains on... More

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight while at a soccer tournament. The location is great, rooms clean and bed was comfortable. We felt that the hotel and staff was not up to what we are use to from a Westin. There were apparently two weddings and their guests there at the same time. It... More

I stayed here for a meeting and was dissappointed. The room had a very musty smell. The housekeeper did not replenish the coffee for the coffee maker every day and I had to track her down in the hall. The 'heavenly' bed that they advertise was comfortable, but the 'heavenly' shower was nothing special except it had 2 shower heads... More

Went for a wedding stayed on the 6th floor. Hotel was fabulous, more than we expected, unfortunately there was some obvious classism between the races, and I being a African American woman was treated great by the African American employees. Until the morning when I went to the executive lounge room, at 6:30 in the morning completely dressed and ready... More

My wife and I stayed at the Westin Princeton with our 8 year old from June 6-8, 2008 and found this to be the dirtiest SPG property we have ever stayed in. Day 1 - Upon arrival we had to clean one of the two room's bathroom floors due to all the hairs. When we took our son down to... More

I was visiting family in the area and decided to stay at this particular hotel because it's closer to my relatives and I've been there before. The staff at the front desk is absolutely amazing! Considering I now reside in the south i would have never expected such warmth from complete strangers. I tell you it's not lkely that you... More

A bunch of us stayed as part of a wedding block but the wedding was not on property. Staff was OUTSTANDING. Everytime you saw a hotel employee, they said hello, smiled, and asked you if you needed anything. (WOW). Not only were the beds the Westin standard HEAVENLY BEDS that were super comfy, but the shower had TWO shower heads.... More
