Stayed for two nights this pas weekend. Reserved two rooms on points and paid for one room. Whenever I stay on SPG points, they will always put your on the worst floor. Doesn't matter if its a Westin, W, Sheraton etc. Gold status really means nothing. We weren't even placed on SPG floor. Don't tell me its bc we requested... More

We were in town for a wedding across the street at the Marriott, but stayed at the Westin because it is pet friendly (will get back to this later). The pros: It was inexpensive if you stayed multiple nights, which we did They allowed dogs There was Starbucks coffee in the rooms The room was clean The staff was mostly... More

Thanks so much for your review and recognizing the good and the bad at the Westin. It was actually I that was in the elevator and my apologies if you took offense in any way as I was attempting to ascertain your room location. We do our best to put pets in one area of the hotel. In this way... More

The check-in process was pretty standard, the room was decent (Westin bedding is my favorite) but the bathroom really felt outdated. We chose to eat at the Ruth Chris across the street, so I can't comment on the restaurant, but based on how empty it was at 7:30, I think that speaks for itself. The bar/lounge area is the absolute... More

Thanks so much for your review and of course your Starwood loyalty. We just recently started talking about a refresh for the bar lounge area to offer a more spacious area along with additional seating. Thankfully the hotel is incredibly busy so we want to be certain to accommodate everyone. Please let me know when your travels bring you back... More

Stayed 3 nights in this comfortable and clean hotel. Bed was nice and comfy too albeit 2 single beds pushed together. Rooms are a bit dated and the patio doors were jammed shut- not a problem really as the a/c was quiet and effective. I only used the restaurant for breakfast and the only option is a la carte -... Just a brief note of thanks for your review and my apologies our restaurant service fell short of yours and our expectations. Last week was an extraordinarily busy week for us. Though we train tirelessly for these high volume days, it was clearly not indicative of the norm at the Westin. We do look forward to being your host in... More

I stayed here twice - both times because of a business meeting nearly across the street. I found it to be quiet, comfortable, and good service. The first time I was there, I had lost my driver's license. It is hotel policy (Westin policy?) that in order to check in, one needs a credit card and a driver's license. Needless... More

Good place. Nice location away from the center. Close to everything. Staff polite but not overly efficient. Valet is short on staff so you must prepare to help yourself. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice lounge area and free wifi. Good for your $$.

So i'm here for my trip for the family and it was good speedy check-in. I get up to my room, I notice a lot of minor problems, wallpaper ripping, old smelly carpet, but worse of all, a urine/blood stain that I got new sheets for but all in all a good hotel. Another nice perk is your next to... More

The hotel looks as it should be nice, it is modern and clean. But the service has a lot to be desired. It took 4 calls to get extra towels. The pool was green, I mean LIME green. It only has a restaurant for breakfast. It is an ok hotel and I would go back. But it is not what... More

Thanks so much for your comments and mentioning the hotel was modern and clean. I was also glad to hear you are sure to return again. My apologies it took numerous calls to receive towels and the pool was discolored during your stay. Clearly not what you or we would expect at the Westin. I have shared this information with... More

Had a wonderful stay. Nancy Naar at the front desk who gave us her personal umbrella to use on a rainy sat. afternoon. People cheery, clean, and helpful. Location worked out for the events we attended. The bed so so comfortable and for the first time loved the pillows!!! Just perfect. Look forward to staying there again.
