This is a Westin hotel by name only. The lobby looks nice, but that is it. The whole place needs a massive makeover. The rugs are stained, wallpaper falling off. Our rooms were not clean. The duvets were all stained and even the sheets had odd stains. The TV remote was sticky, body hair in bathroom, a child's toy on... More

In town for a youth soccer tournament. Was pleased with the hotel and room. However, we found that this hotel was quite rigid in regards to their patio rules. Many families were confronted by staff when they attempted to eat food (like pizza) from outside the hotel in the patio area. As the hotel seemed to be dominated by a... More

Unfortunately people at the front desk are very unfriendly and unhelpful. They tried to do nothing to amend their wrongs. First, although we have booked a room with breakfast on the executive floor we were told that it wasn't so. Once we presented our printed confirmation with all the details, first they still denied until the manager accepted that we... More

Son was staying at another hotel down the road with his soccer team, parents had to be separate. Since staying at the Westin at Tysons Corner (btw was excellent) & found they were pet friendly free, found this online highly discounted for king size bedroom. Very comfortable, just enough room for XL crate though our Akita had free reign of... More

The Westin at Forrestal Village is a good hotel with good amenities and free parking and internet. The location is only major drawback as there isn't really anything interesting nearby. But with car. Princeton is only 15 minutes away. The hotel is used for Proms and weddings. But we did not experience any noise or inconvenience except a fairly full... More

Enjoyed our stay at The Westin very much having booked several rooms for the weekend prior to 2015 graduation and through Tuesday's graduation. Any challenges were handled adroitly and most efficiently by Nancy at the front desk. Very helpful. Nevin our server in the bar was most friendly and made outstanding drinks as well. The Westin is quite convenient to... More

Stayed here for Princeton reunions a couple of times. The downside is that during Reunions weekend there is a 3-day minimum Thursday night thru Sunday morning. The rooms are adequate - nothing great. Very quiet. The restaurant for breakfast very nice. Plenty of parking. You can take back roads to Nassau Street without having to venture onto Rt 1.

The room and bathroom were very nice. Westin had a special deal the week-end that we stayed (they may have this all the time ?) that you only pay on your 2nd night an amount equivalent to your birth year; so, e.g., if you were born in 1955, you'll only pay $55 for your 2nd night there ! The staff... More

As an SPG member I expected Westin standards in this Hotel. Unfortunately this was not the case!! The hotel is very old and it shows on every level. The carpets both in the rooms and the public areas are old and need repacement. There is an "odor" both in the rooms and the corridors. Hopefully you can bring this hotel... More

I'll just list all the bad straight away: No Platinum Upgrade at check in; No mention of the "Club Level" Privileges and when I asked the hours of operation she asked me if I knew what hours they were open. I stated that she worked there, not me. Profile states upper floor and away from elevator/vending, of course I got... More
