Well, my review is pretty much the same as everyone else's so I'll keep it short. The Nassau Inn has a great location. You are never more than 2 blocks from any of the touristy portion of Princeton. The Nassau Inn really needs to update itself--in particular its heating/cooling/ventilaiton units, bathrooms, linens and rugs. My room was clean, just old... more

Lovely hotel wonderfully located in the Palmer Square area of Princeton. This area is gorgeous and is within walking distance of lots of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Friendly staff. Modest but clean rooms. more

I attended an annual three-day meeting in mid-June at the Nassau Inn, which was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic if you are visiting Princeton. In the heart of Palmer Square, the hotel is within two blocks of dozens of restaurants and shops, as well as the outskirts of Princeton University. The Inn itself has been designated as a... more

Been here a few times on business. Stayed at the Nassau because of location. Princeton is very pretty. The hotel is ok but very tired. It trades on it's central location in Princeton (opposite the University) and its history. There does come a time however when such marketable assets no longer work and the Nassau is fast approaching this stage.... more

The Good: The location is GREAT. Very quaint spot in Princeton. The Bad: Everything else. The hotel is old, outdated and falling apart. The rooms desperately need to be remodeled. The rooms are dirty, with old furniture and terribly uncomfortable beds. The sheets are not fitted and therefore do not stay on the mattresses at night. You will wake up... more

My friend emmigrated to Princeton 5 years ago from england and I have been to visit her and her family every December since . The Nassau Inn is situated in a lovely square just of the main road in Princeton -... more

I just cannot get a good night's sleep in this hotel to save my life! I've stayed twice in the past year for a combined total of five nights, and the blowers in the room are so antiquated that if you want any air con or heat going at all, you will have to listen to the machine cycle itself... more

Buyer beware. This place is a scam. I had booked a room via Expedia and had specifically asked for a Non-smoking room - saying my son (who was admitted to Princeton) was allergic to cigarette smoke. They gave me a smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I politely asked for a refund as there were no other rooms. They... more

My husband and I just returned from a weekend in Princeton and because we stayed at the Naussau Inn, we are absolutely exhausted! The bed in room 314 was horrible. It was not only lumpy, but provided no support whatever. We could even overlook the shabbiness of the furniture, carpet and lighting, but that bed! We would have been better... more

After seeing the disappointing reviews of the Nassau Inn, I was not expecting much when we arrived for a college visit to Princeton. I want to say we had a very positive experience there. The historic Inn is very lovely, and I found the front desk to be very helpful on check-in, with directions, places to eat, printing my airline... more
