The best aspect of this hotel is the convenience of being within walking distance to the Princeton campus and the train station. The hotel itself is fine--staid but comfortable. Beds were very comfy. Our room happened to have restaurant odors emenating from somewhere below (pizza perhaps?), but was not too bad. We would stay here again for the location.

My husband and I were staying overnight for a friend's special occasion and the Nassau Inn was just the ticket. The style is traditional, almost like a New England hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable with a huge TV; the bathroom was nice. The staff were helpful and accommodating. My only complaint? They close the front door at 7pm... More

Comfortable hotel in the middle of Princeton. No other convenient options, but that's okay since the Inn has all you need. Clean comfortable rooms. Small, as was the style when the inn was built, but rooms are not cramped. Well decorated and fit out. Desk only has a fixed height chair, but with a bar and a large lobby lounge,... More

Hotel is located so close to campus you can walk right over. Close to shops and food. Small but very clean and updated rooms. Nice bar in lobby. All other hotels are a drive to get to the campus. Town closes down around midnight, if you arrive late stop for food or shopping before you arrive.

Hotel looks and feels a bit dated (some say cozy) but other than that it was a really great experience staying there. Its in a great location, the bar staff were friendly, the food was decent. The thing that made it stand out was the service. Everyone was so accommodating in every way. There was an issue with our payment... More

The front desk staff is unevenly trained, if at all, and the bar/restaurant staff ditto. The nice employees are informal and friendly; the nasty ones are informal and rude. No 24-hour room service, no bottled water in the rooms, cheap toiletries. The entrance lobby befits a karaoke bar in Asbury Park. Taproom menus laminated back in the 1970s with no... More

Great location and helpful pleasant staff. One gripe is the extras that they charge for including Wifi, breakfast and car parking. This amounted to nearly $50 for one night's stay. Seeing as you pay a premium for the central Princeton location and nice old building this seems unnecessary profiteering. In my view charge one price inclusive of everything. Like the... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and I absolutely loved everything about the Nassau Inn! I've never received such warm and gracious service before within the US! The front desk staff were the cutest, very professional and reliable. I love the hotel decor, so classy with a cozy feel. The room was spacious and decorated beautifully, my favorite was the chair...
