In previous visits to Princeton, we have stayed on or near US 1. This most recent visit (with a Priceline "assignment") put us a little west of Princeton at the Chauncey Hotel and Conference Center. This facility is on the grounds of the headquarters of the Educational Testing Service (ETS), the SAT and GRE folks. And, what a great, and... More

This is a sprawling hotel and conference center, very spread-out with lots of land, in a business park situated in a larger residential area. Room was very nice, no complaints really. As someone else mentioned, there was a slight mildew smell in the corridor outside the room, though I didn't notice it in the room. I booked through Priceline bidding,... More

Stayed on here halfway to NC Outer Banks during Memorial Day WE. Gorgeous surroundings away from highways, very peaceful and did not appear crowded in spite of high occupancy. Rooms clean an nicely furnished. Beautiful grounds and polite staff. Breakfast buffet was good, as expected for this type of hotel.

This hotel and conference center served its purpose for lodging. The main building housing hotel rooms, the pool and fitness center, as well as the small main lobby area, all of which are in need of renovation and has a faint musty smell. The hotel rooms were decent, and the staff is friendly, however the food for the catered graduation... More

Stayed here one night with my family for a follow-up visit with my daughter's surgeon in Lawrenceville. We usually stay at a hotel on U.S. 1, but found the Chauncey to be much easier to access, and closer to our destination, without all the hustle, bustle and traffic of U.S. 1. Admittedly, we didn't stay long enough to fully appreciate... More

I stayed here for four nights last week to attend my college alumnia activities, having b een informed a few years ago about this hotel by a classmate. SInce the choices for staying in downtown Princeton are limited, with most of the hotels being out on U.S. 1, I decided the more rural location within an easy drive of where... More

This is an attractive hotel and conference center on the ETS campus in Princeton. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (plenty convenient outlets for recharging devices). There are plenty of meeting rooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were outstanding. We were disappointed the salt water pool was closed (and had been 2 weeks earlier when a colleague visited).... More

The Confetence Center met all of our needs during our stay. The staff in all areas were very friendly. We loved the breakfast each morning. The grounds are really nice for walking and very close proximity to Princeton and other areas we were visiting. We will definitely be returning.

Our stay was terrific as we decided to spend a couple of days there with the family and really enjoyed all the facilities and the location. The new indoor saltwater pool was absolutely awesome and the exercise room was state-of-the-art. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the rooms were very spacious and well appointed. All the staff were very helpful... More

The Chauncey Inn was a wonderful place for the whole family. We got to swim in the new salt water pool, attend afternoon tea, have delightful breakfast and lunch buffets, and so much more! The rooms were absolutely exquisite, with comfy beds and roomy bathrooms. The interactive TV in the rooms is super helpful whether you need to set a... More
