We stayed here 2 nights to attend a college orientation. I have stayed at other, newer Staybridge suites so I expected more. The decor and facilities are generally dated, outside paint peeling, broken shades,etc.-and could use a facelift. Having said that, we had a perfectly nice stay. We originally chose this hotel because they take pets (although we did not bring... more

I stayed for 2 nights while visiting my son at college. I can't say enough about the place. Friendly staff, even called the room to check on me. I stayed in a one bedroom. Very clean and spacious. Nice kitchen area. Great place to stay with pets, plenty of areas to walk and lighted areas to walk at night. Breakfast... more

I was in Princeton off and on over 7 days this month and decided to try three different hotels.: Homewood Suites by Hilton, the Doubletree Hotel and Staybridge Suites. Staybridge was, in my opinion, the best because of the warm welcome and general helpfulness from the staff, the layout and cleanliness of the rooms, and the good free breakfast in... more

I have been traveling a long time to the Princeton area, and had stayed at several of the hotels along the Route 1 corridor. On my last trip to the area, I stumbled on the Staybridge Suites. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at home. The staff, was exceptionally friendly, and even called my room after... more

First we noticed the cobwebs, then the painful, itchy red bumps began to appear on our necks and faces. We soon realized the Staybridge Inn-Princeton was infested with spiders. When we complained, we received a note stating that “the spider” had been removed. Unfortunately, there is never just one spider. During our 2-month stay, I used an entire 17.5 ounce... more

As many people have said in their reviews, the Staybridge Suites in Princeton is an excellent family hotel. It looks more like an apartment complex than a hotel, with the units surrounding a recreation area (pool, small basketball court, workout center). Our two-bedroom suite was well furnished and very comfortable. My teenage son loved having his own room and TV.... more

My family stayed at the Staybridge in a two bedroom suite last weekend (10/21-10/22). We were in town for the Princeton football game. I had found the hotel on a website which indicated it was full. However, I called them directly and was able to reserve a room at the web price ($119 for the two bedroom suite). The hotel... more

Stay the weekend with spouse and 2 small kids in a 1 bedroom suite (821). Room was clean and bed had plenty of pillows. Most hotels only give 2 or 3 for a queen or king bed. We both raved about how comfortable the bed was. Nice having the DVD player (VCR also) in sitting area for kids to relax... more

Stayed two nights in a 2-bedroom suite. Positives were: easy to find on Route 1, reasonable price (~$120), decent breakfast with lots of room to sit, free computer/internet stations in public area, free internet access in rooms, pleasant and helpful staff, good amount of space for families, nice kitchen area. Not-so-great: no elevator (3-story building), loose steps on outdoor stairs,... more
