This was the worst place we could stay. The other guests were so rude and obnoxious and the management wouldn't do anything about it. Other guests were making racial remarks about Us because we were white.

Thank you very much for your comment . I do understand your concerns and would like to clear up a few things here and I am sure you will agree that there are always three sides of a story and only one of them is true. As you would recall that this night of which your group stayed here at... More

As a frequent business traveler it's the little things that are important and the Radisson in Piscataway gets a big thumbs up from me. Again. Thank you for stocking toiletries in the bathroom with large writing you can read in the shower without glasses! As eyesight fades with age, it's impossible to decipher what's shower gel versus mouthwash - especially... More

As part of the tour, we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, although the lobby and the hallway is quite dated and in-need for renovation, the rooms are large and fully renovated. We especially liked the American style bathroom. The beds are all sleep-number and it is very suitable for us. the people at reception is friendly and the... More

All the hotels my company typically books were full. I stayed at Radisson for the first 5 nights (15 miles from the office) and then moved to a hotel 1 mile from the office for another 7 nights. I regretted the move for all 7 nights away from this Radisson. Beds have Sleep Number mattresses, which to me felt very... More

I stayed one night because all of the top-rated hotels on Tripadvisor were full. I was lucky to even get this room, since it was near capacity, as well. When I arrived, I was very turned off by the run-down appearance of the reception desk and even more by the hallway carpets and elevators, which are dingy and dark. Nevertheless,... More

Thank you so much for your comments. All of our carpets have been renovated in 2007 and soon we will be updating our lobby. Please come back soon and check it out! Thank you again for the comments on our rooms and breakfast, our housekeepers and kitchen staff work very hard to bring our guests satisfaction with a "Yes I... More

I stay in this area's hotels all the time. This place is what I use for a backup hotel. For just a little bit more money you can get leading hotels where everything is always wonderful. BUT when those all are sold out, this is the top of the second tier. Is it bad here? Not really. I mean, it's... More

Thank you for your comments. We did renovate the hotel in 2007 and most of the furnishings are brand new. We are also receiving new decor for the rooms including Granite Vanities by the end of next year and we are very excited about this! Please come and see it! More

After staying at the Radisson Piscataway for over 2 weeks, I see no reason to look for any other hotel in this area,.The hotel is clean, has a good breakfast, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the customer service outstanding. This staff is friendly, eager to please, and shows genuinine empathy for the weary traveler. I highly recommend.

The room, bed and bathroom is about the same as other Radisson Hotels...Good (carpet was a little bit sticky, and air condition was loud when it kicked in though). However, if you don't have your own transportation, try looking elsewhere. And here is why: 1. Shuttle bus service - For a hotel that is catering predominantly to the business travelers,... More

Thank you for your comments. We are happy to have the opportunity to improve our hotel any way we can. The shuttle only transports guests to and from thier place of business. On occasion we we do transport our guests farther than 5 miles if thier place of work is farther. The Fusion Restaurant, during the time you had stayed,... More

I had to stay in the hotel during the aftermath of Sandy. The hotel is old and not well maintained , there isn't much around and the staff is not really welcoming... if you are in a budget and need accommodation for few nights this hotel is fine but I wouldn't recommend otherwise.

I am disturbed to read your comments about our hotel. In 2010 the hotel has been completely renovated at a cost of 2 million dollars which included upgrade of all public areas and the guest rooms. Ensuring that the guests needs were kept in mind, We are already planning another upgrade of all the restrooms with state of the art... More
