We stayed here for three nights. Our room on the fifth floor was a Starwoods Preferred Customer room and it was spacious, clean, and had none of the defects listed in the previous reviews. The place is very large, but there are not many ammenities. The main floor is spacious with two restaurants - a bar and a breakfast/lunch/dinner coffee... more

Had an excellent stay at this attractive large scale hotel. I would rate it at 3 to 4 stars. Staff and rooms are above average. We chose it because it was pet friendly, but we would stay here again even if we were traveling without our pet. more

My husband and I stayed here for one night on a Sunday. I found a great deal online for a Sunday night stay for $79. When I called the central reservations line to book, they did not offer me this rate, but a ridiculous rate over $200. I mentioned I saw a Sunday night special rate online and she took... more

We've stayed at the Sheraton twice. We love this place! The first time we got a great weekend deal online at only $90 per night; the second time was midweek and was a bit pricey for us at $219. It's on a great property with a pond, walking path, and critters. It's a totally smoke-free hotel. And they are very... more

The hotel is very deceiving from the outside. It looks like a magnificant hotel but as the saying goes "never judge a book by it's cover", the hotel was terrible. The good, great lobby area, good resteraunt and bar area. Thats it! The bad, very outdated hotel rooms right from the late 70's, air conditioner did not work, bathroom had... more

As a Starwood Preferred Guest, this is the second Sheraton we've recently stayed in that we ended up staying the first night and cancelling the rest of the nights reservations. (The other one was the Asheville Sheraton in Asheville, NC. ) The outside of the hotel is pretty nice. My kids were all "WoW, this place looks awesome!!" Check in... more

I remember when this hotel was first built and how, in its day, it was considered one of the most beautiful and up-to-date hotels in the area. Fast forward to 2008...and the hotel is in dire need for updating, especially the rooms, carpet, bathrooms, AND beds! I've stayed in far less opulent hotels and have rated them very high merely... more

Been a Starwood preferred guest for many years and I have stayed in different Starwood hotels worldwide for business and leisure. This Sheraton may fit in Category 4 when we look from the outside, check in at lobby, go upstairs and walk all the way to the end of the long hall way, until open the hotel room door. I... more

I booked 2 rooms here for our trip to NYC to watch the Yankees play. It's far enough away from the city to not be "in the city" but close enough for the drive in before the game. Only about 30 miles to Yankee Stadium. I booked the rooms at the same time but we were given 2 rooms on... more
