I suppose the price / performance is adequate, but the market here in the area is ripe for a non chain hotel that brings the passion of an entrepreneur or family. The online booking is a bit annoying. It takes the highest price for one of the nights and applies it to the entire stay. I had to call from... More

My stay here was exceptional. Great attentive staff with quick room service. The room was to be expected with a wonderful balcony. The room size was large too which made it comfortable for the week. The CL was one of the better I have seen thus far, really nice CL staff as well, made it feel homey.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, shower was good, internet was fine. Could have used a fridge in the room. The heat was pretty loud when it came on. The room was nice and quiet though- no noise from other rooms. They probably should update/clean the light switches (a little gross). There was a little holiday party... More

I recently stayed at this hotel as it was the location of a wedding reception I was attending. The room was a good size with a very comfortable king size bed. I shower area was big, but the sink was small is the counter space around it. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and always said hello or good morning... More

We are Marriott owners so we usually stay at those properties. Park Ridge is nice and very convenient to the Metropolitan NYC area. We had a king sized bed room with a pullout sofa and the room was comfortable with a nice shower area. Bathroom was small with sinks and closet outside the bathroom. Conceirge lounge was closed on Sunday... More

A property very well located to serve local businesses, the operating team appear to be very hard working. I have stayed there multiple times over a10 year period .. Pretty consistent given the basic infrastructure is NOT luxurious by any standards. Of note from my recent stay, the front desk team who worked the weekend of Nov 21-23, operations mgr... More

Stayed 3 nights for a business trip. Bed comfortable seemed like memory foam. Shower pressure was Ok. Good wifi signal once you pay for it. Room service slow and chicken sandwich was dry and cold. Good front desk staff.

I liked staying in the Mariott but I found the rooms smaller - could have been better if the lockers were in the room - it was rather like an inn. But overall ok - no complaints. The time when I went was great - beautiful flowers and natural scenery from the room.

We selected this as a short getaway for our anniversary that wasn't far from home. There wasn't that much to do in the area but the hotel was nice. The restaurant on site was horribly overpriced. The room was clean but the hallways were loud, as the hotel seems to cater to their on site wedding guests.

OK, maybe I'm a snob, but I stay with one chain normally so I can enjoy the privileges that come with Rewards membership. Walked into the Park Ridge Marriott around 9pm on Friday . . . place was quiet. Air Force was staying there for the night before their Football game against Army. Desk clerk asks for my name, and...
