Stayed 3 nights for a business trip. Bed comfortable seemed like memory foam. Shower pressure was Ok. Good wifi signal once you pay for it. Room service slow and chicken sandwich was dry and cold. Good front desk staff.

I liked staying in the Mariott but I found the rooms smaller - could have been better if the lockers were in the room - it was rather like an inn. But overall ok - no complaints. The time when I went was great - beautiful flowers and natural scenery from the room.

We selected this as a short getaway for our anniversary that wasn't far from home. There wasn't that much to do in the area but the hotel was nice. The restaurant on site was horribly overpriced. The room was clean but the hallways were loud, as the hotel seems to cater to their on site wedding guests.

OK, maybe I'm a snob, but I stay with one chain normally so I can enjoy the privileges that come with Rewards membership. Walked into the Park Ridge Marriott around 9pm on Friday . . . place was quiet. Air Force was staying there for the night before their Football game against Army. Desk clerk asks for my name, and... I stayed here back in May 2014 and returned because it is within easy walking distance of places I need to go to for business. This is the best feature of this hotel for me which is really a compliment of convenience. The staff here are always nice to me and very helpful whether its dinner reservations (more related to... Had stayed here for 2 nights recently in Oct-14. This is the first hotel I have stayed whereby its housekeeping staff would leave a note in the room asking for tips. Left a tip for the housekeeping staff the next morning and when I came back to my room at night, found that the bath towels and toiletries such as... More

Stayed here recently for a business meeting. The hotel had a very open large lobby and dining area on arrival. Check in - I used the mobile app to check in early but my room wasn't ready and this didn't really save me any time, at the end of the day. The room was clean and modern. Comfortable large bed... We were part of 40-year college reunion of about 400 classmates plus spouses. Two mixers and a formal dinner/dance were very well supported by the hotel. Impressively, the staff simultaneously attended to small events, like an informal, private dinner that I had requested in advance. Rohit, the food and beverage manager, was very proactive via email with several suggestions. He... More

We made reservations about a month ahead of time for 2 queen beds. A day before our arrival, I received an email asking if we would switch our reservation to a king with sofa bed. I sent email back saying I would consider it. When we checked in we were offered the king at a slightly lower rate, so we... More

This place sits inside a corporate park so it's pretty secluded and quiet. The hotel overall is pretty nice and has a great Irish Pub as well an American Grill for breakfast which was good too. Clean room but a bit tight. The lobby is very nice where you would only get free wifi otherwise it's $13 a day in... More
