We were part of 40-year college reunion of about 400 classmates plus spouses. Two mixers and a formal dinner/dance were very well supported by the hotel. Impressively, the staff simultaneously attended to small events, like an informal, private dinner that I had requested in advance. Rohit, the food and beverage manager, was very proactive via email with several suggestions. He... More

We made reservations about a month ahead of time for 2 queen beds. A day before our arrival, I received an email asking if we would switch our reservation to a king with sofa bed. I sent email back saying I would consider it. When we checked in we were offered the king at a slightly lower rate, so we... More

This place sits inside a corporate park so it's pretty secluded and quiet. The hotel overall is pretty nice and has a great Irish Pub as well an American Grill for breakfast which was good too. Clean room but a bit tight. The lobby is very nice where you would only get free wifi otherwise it's $13 a day in... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. I was there as part of a larger group for my cousin's wedding. I have a unique perspective in that I travel for work and stay at hotels all the time, over 100 nights per year. As a result I tend to have high standards. I have two concerns with this... More

We were staying at this hotel for a family function (it was convenient to our event). Hotel itself was fine, nothing spectacular. The rooms were small and bathroom area tight, very basic. The gym was not nice and therefore, we used the Lifetime Fitness club just down the street, for free. During the 2nd night of our stay, we were... More

The hotel was the perfect location for our day trip to West Point and Medieval Times. The hotel has had an amazing renovation of the lobby and rooms. The staff is warm and inviting - especially nice to our kids. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool.

This hotel opened about 1989 when I worked in the area and used the hotel. I expected a nostaligic visit to a hotel that would look tired after all of these years. Instead it had a clean and new feel. I was there to attend a wedding, found the bed very comfortable and slept well. I was impressed with the... More

A nice quiet hotel located in a very beautiful setting. The room was nice and comfy. The breakfast platter was sumptuous. They give a shuttle service to nearby offices which is a great relief since there aint any cabs and buses in Park Ridge. What i didnt like about this hotel when compared to its counterparts is the lack of... More

My company always had me at the Courtyard. It was sold out - and thank goodness...this place is much better. Standard Marriott but newer furniture. Has the concierge lounge - not as "robust" as other ones but still an ok breakfast, a bit lacking on desert. It's also got a bigger gym than a regular Marriott. What needs improvement? Minor... More

The location was very good, very close to what we were searching for. We spent here a weekend with our American friends and we really enjoyed it. Nice clean rooms, nice bar downstairs. Everything pretty straightforward and pleasant.
