This has got to be in the bottom 10% of all the Crowne Plazas in the world. The building is a 2-story lowrise that you'd expect with Quality Inn or Howard Johnson, although it's interior corridor with interior room access. The lobby area is very simple. And the corridor is dingy. I'm surprised they did not make this into a... More

About what I expected. I pricelined this for $60 so it's a good deal. Rooms are $116 on the hotel website so not bad either way. I would not have a problem if I had paid $116 for this hotel. For some reason Trip Advisor says $189 average, and that would be a total rip off. But that might be... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Nov and 1 night in Dec. Got a great $99/nt rate both times by booking thru hotel directly. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Towels are thick, king bed very comfortable. Hotel is located near plenty of shopping, but driving can be confusing and frustrating if you're not familiar with the area. Hotel... More

I am a frequent traveler and have never written a review before but this hotel was so bad and the customer service was so poor that I had to do something. We had two rooms for 3 days while working in NYC. All the hotels in NYC were booked so we had little choice. When we checked in there were... More

We booked this room through Priceline. It was not the hotel I was hoping for, but it turned out well. It is a lovely updated hotel. The only problem we encountered was the noise when it rained. We were on the second floor (top story at this hotel). Apparantly the building has a metal roof and no kind of sound... More

My family of five booked two rooms through Priceline for $50 each and were extremely happy with our accomodations. The only thing that could have made it better would have been complimentary breakfast! Opps - and flatter pillows. They were way too thick my my poor neck! That said, others have fairly described the property. We were in very late... More

We got a pretty good price for this hotel on Priceline, and I'd say it well worth it. It's not much to look at on the outside, but the room was pretty clean and nicely appointed. Only a 2-story hotel, so it feels somewhat cozy. Staff was helpful; free internet and printing in the lobby. It's close to RT17 and... More

My two kids & I stayed here for 3 days in April. The rooms were smallish, but very clean and nicely furnished. We had a room with 2 double beds. My kids complained about the beds being too small, but I thought they were just fine. Extra pillows and good quality mattresses made for a great nights sleep. There is... More

OK, so it's not a hi-rise tower like one might usually expect from a Crowne Plaza, just a 2-story hotel next to a Paramus shopping mall. Still, we benefited tremendously from our choice of this location. The place has just been completely renovated and it's great! We got the room on Hotwire for less than half the rates posted on... This would be an OK Travelodge or Days Inn but not a Radisson. No elevator to 2nd floor rooms.Morning 'free' breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered.Radisson: get in here and fix this place up!
