We stay at the inn two or three times a year and have for several years. We always enjoy our stay, but this new couple went out of there way to make our stay super enjoyable. As always there rooms where neat and clean. Always charming decor and reasonably priced.

The best thing that the Quaker Inn has going for it is the location, two blocks from the beach on the main drag. The off season rates are good, but the amenities are scarce. Rooms are small and sparsely decorated. They just need some TLC and more attention to detail. Our room (12) had a microwave and mini fridge, but... More

I felt comfortable staying here. I really liked the semi-spiral stairs. The Staff were very helpful and kind. So when you and your family and friends get a chance come and spend the week or weekend here.

Our stay at the Quaker Inn was a pleasant one. The room was small, clean and adequate. The room was painted a lovely shade of blue and we could use the upstairs porch. The hotel is on the main street but surprisingly quiet. Our shower stall leaked into the bathroom which seems like a future problem for the Inn, but... More

I stayed here on a last minute getaway to Asbury Park. Most of the rooms in the Asbury Park hotels were either not available or very expensive. The Quaker Inn was a great find. It is on a lovely street with cafes, and it is steps from the boardwalk. It is also a 10 minute walk down to the Asbury... More

Just returned from a seven day getaway. My room was lovely, with the exception of the last floor at the end. Requested a room closer to he main entrance because of my disability to no avail. Regardless, the room was clean and contained a microwave, cable TV, mini fridge, a large bathroom and a queen size bed. The staff was... More

Hi..been staying here for a while. The new staff is very un-guest friendly. When I asked for help in taking my bag up the steep stairs, I was told that no one could do so, and that I should take my items out of my bag 1 by 1. I commented that their prices are high enough to warrant some... More

In the middle of our five-night stay, the microwave in our room shorted out, setting paper products inside smoking when we were at the beach. Our room smelled like a chimney. We were permitted (with no help from the staff) to move to a room upstairs—but only until the next morning! Then we were required to move back to our... More

My best friend and I stayed at the Quaker Inn for 2 nights in June. We stayed in room #2, which had it's own side entrance door, so we didn't have to walk thru the inn to get to our room. We didn't spend much time in the room, and overall we found it pretty nice, but with room for... More

I just returned from a 2 night stay at the Quaker Inn with my husband and 8 year old son. We needed a place to stay close to the Great Auditorium for their annual choir festival and this place was great for that reason. However, for almost $200 a night it could have been better. The room was not very... More
