I knew before going down this weekend (Memorial Day 2014) that this could be dicey, a last minute motor lodge and all, but we were pleasantly surprised! We actually took our own sheets, pillows and sleeping bags because after the dateline special, I pretty much do this everywhere, just in case, and I never use the comforters, and although we... More

We have stayed at the Crossings this summer and last summer. My daughter left a new ipad in the night stand when we checked out. We didn't realize it until we returned home. I called right away and the desk clerk went right up and asked the guest now staying in the room if she could look for it. It... More

Stayed one night to scatter by fathers ashes at sea. In such a rush to make the boat, left my grandsons ipod on the bed. We left close to 7am. When we realized it, we called hotel, they said housekeeping cleaned room but did not find it. Front desk told me she had manager look again before other guest checked... More

Overall, the price was right and it was convenient to everything. Housekeeping didn't automatically supply new towels but when asked they gladly brought them. The plumbing was my only main complaint. The toilet was slow to flush and the shower drain kept backing up. By the end of four days, I was showering in ankle deep water which really grossed... More

Unfortunately, you get what you pay for! And while I was ecstatic about price for our double bed room/kitchenette in a really good close to all location for a quick family getaway, I would rather pay more next time for a cleaner place to stay. We actually had stained bed sheets in which the stain went though the top sheet... More

If you like hard, uncomfortable beds, you'll love the Crossings. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the location convenient (along with free parking) and pool handy, the one thing a hotel or motel needs to get right is making sure you can sleep well. The beds almost seem workable at first -- springy, a bit of give, maybe it'll... More

We have been going to OC for many years, usually renting a house. But this time we were squeezing in a few days at the end of a different vacation, so our choices were limited. Always saw Crossings there, so gave it a shot. We got room 301 and, even though it is small, it was perfect for our little... More

My wife and I have stayed at the Crossings since 2007. This building was converted to condominiums in 2004 and the units are individually owned and decorated. We stay in Unit 304 every year and love it. The owners continuously update it and it is tastefully appointed. There are still a lot of units that haven’t been updated and I... More

Stayed here for a long weekend with 2 adults and 1 child. Positives: The rooms were clean, there was plenty of parking, staff was friendly, super easy to get to (come across the 34th street bridge and watch for the WaWa-done!), that's the next plus-WaWa connected to the hotel and Acme right behind the hotel (you could actually wheel your... Stayed in Room 231 which overlooked the parking lot and was pool view. The room was clean a little small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This is not a high end hotel with all the extras but it is good for the price. If you want all the high end extras you will need to pay the high rates.... More
