We just returned from a 2 night stay at Harris House. We found the accommodations above adequate for this area. Everything has been recently remodeled. Rooms come complete with new drapes, towels, linens, carpet, table with 2 chairs, hair dryer, microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom is small, but appropriate. I'd rate everything about this motel as 2*, but for a beach vacation, it's location and relative value drag it up to the 4* range.
