This hotel is walking distance to the train to NYC. Free parking. Delicious breakfast. We keep on going back cause the staff is so nice and will try to accomidate you. They will pick you up at train station or airport.

This is a great place to stay for affordable access to New York City. The hotel shuttle can pick you up at the Newark Airport. You can walk to the PATH train that will quickly deliver you to Penn Station in Manhattan. I have stay here a variety of times. It is a good choice.

I stayed here for two nights as I was working in Newark and was looking for something decent (and safe!) in the downtown area. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly however the rooms were very dated/tired. In addition to that the A/C was very noisy and my internet did not work for the entire duration of my... More

Aside from minor things like lamp not working & staff not coming to room to show us how to set the clock that was not set on correct time & impossible to figure out there was an hour of screaming & fighting going on that could be heard in our room on 5th floor that front desk said they thought... We must have been fortunate not to have experienced many of the problems others recently have. We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied overall. The price was good value, the rooms were very clean - new towels/face cloths every day and toiletries replenished each time. The room was a bit tired but it was very spacious, including... More

We stayed @Best Western, NY for 7 days & commuted daily into New York via the Path Train. The plus side to staying here... 1) free continental breakfast(oats, egg/sausage muffins, cereals, toast, bagel, hard boiled eggs, fruits). You'll have enough to eat to get you through the morning. 2) free 24 hr shuttle to & from the airport & to... More

Very disappointing.Expecting a queen size bed, turns out it was a double.Staff at front desk not very friendly,or informative. My husband and I found out by accident that apparently there was a free shuttle to Jersey Garden outlet and Penn Station after two days.We had a stop over in Watertown,on our way back to Canada. We stayed at the Quality Inn what a... The room was very clean and neat. Location was perfect to drive to NYC. However, the service was weak. There is a free continental breakfast that is poorly organized. The clients had to constantly remind the workers that the coffee pots were empty and so were the juice dispensers because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Plus the day... More

Yes I just want to warn fellow travelers about the horrendous train service provided by the PATH transit Authority of New Jersey. I stayed in New Jersey the weekend of Aug.16-17 and used the PATH trains to get to New York City. What a monumental mistake. These idiots must be close to bankruptcy because they only ran trains once every... More

We started our 3 month trip across the USA from this hotel and I can only hope the hotels get better. The room was in need of a makeover and the king size bed wasn't really king size, breakfast was poor and usually overcrowded. The hotel wi-fi was virtually non existent anywhere in the hotel. There didn't seem to be... More
