Room was very stuffy as the air conditioner wouldn't run right. The place also has a bed bug problem! We caught several and it was hard to get a good nights sleep. more

We stayed for 6 nights at the Springhill Suites for our vacation to NY City. We were very happy with the accommodations. Busy hotel being in the airport vicinity. We checked in around midnight with several others checking in. Pool is was enjoyable for the children. We stayed here for an early morning flight. The evening staff was pleasant. We had to walk to another hotel for dinner which was a pain. The morning staff was helpful getting us something to eat (we left before breakfast was being served.) The shuttle was quick and easy. more

Yes, if you miss the turn you're going to take an unscheduled lap of the airport but once your there is it just what we need. It was wonderful from the start. The direction to this locatio is very important because it is kind of sandwiched between two major highways. But the direction on the website was exceptionally helpful. The room was in excellent condition, very roomy, clean and new. The staff were very professional helpful. more

The location is good and close to everything - New York, EWR airport, etc. We used it as our base for exploring NYC. Breakfast was included and was basic but sufficient. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Gated parking made us feel safer. more
